I really like the 13x13 sized 'envelopes' from Scrapbook.com. I've purchased several and they work well for me. They don't have the half pouch on the front like you show, but they are pretty sturdy and I can get a lot in there.
Where did you source these before? They look great!
They are! I'm not sure where I got them--there are no markings. They are probably 15- 20 years old, too. Perhaps Creative Memories? They don't sell any like that now, though. Sadly, I only have 2 of them.

You would think someone would snag an idea like this and run with it like the wind! Imagine being able to store your scraps of your papers right in your same package like that all easy-peasy? More, please!

I use LP record sleeves protectors. They are thin but any papers I have more than two sheets of go in one. Holds about 12-18 sheets depending upon paper thickness. I put scraps right in the same sleeve. Found them with tons of types of protectors at a hobby/ collectors booth.
Money sleeves- two to a page are excellent for border embossing folders. Double page holds two regular embossing folders, 9 to a page hold ATCs. These are thicker and fit regular binders.
I like the Stamp N Storage 12 x 12 paper sleeves. They are heavy duty, open on two sides, and have a tab if you want to label them.

I have a few Cropper Hopper magazine-style storage boxes I acquired several years ago. There are other brands on the market. I use the LP sleeves to store individual packages of paper inside the larger “boxes”. The sleeves are very inexpensive, good quality, and slide in/out of the box easily, similar to the Avery Elle style packaging for stamps/dies, etc. I label on the spine of each box what papers are in it for ease of finding what I’m looking for, sorted by season, color, or design. I think I will make some more magazine-style file boxes from cardboard for the remaining papers that don’t fit in my existing boxes.

Reason: format
I use the jumbo 2 gallon zip type bags. I think they are made by Hefty and I get them at Wal-Mart. They are very sturdy, have a slider zip top, and I can put everything I need for a project in them. They are also great for keeping paper collections and kits together. And a box of 10 was like $2.96 the last time I bought them.

I also have the 13x13 storage envelopes from scrapbook.com, I love them, sturdy and hold quite a bit. I label them and keep the scraps in them as well, and a plus is they are not super expensive (I wait for a sale) and shipping to Canada is very reasonable.
The Storage Studio 12 x 12 paper holders are my storage solution. They have gone up in price but I recently found them at a not so bad price in a bundle of six. I believe it was on Amazon. I googled them and looked for the best price.
jnsyr, I think the storage you have was made by Cropper Hopper. I have some just like that and we used to sell them at a store where I worked. Wish I could get more of them also.
Thanks, everyone.
Yes, I think it was Cropper Hopper. I haven't found anything to be as helpful for organizing paper. I wish Advantus would bring it back.

Thanks for the idea! I looked them up on walmart.com and found them, for a little more than you said, but I'm guessing everything has gone up since the pandemic hit.
I've been using album cover sleeves to store my 12x12 papers by color.
Since the sleeves are not heavyweight like the ones marketed for scrapbook papers I insert a piece of 12x12 chipboard for added support. The are stored in Totally Tiffany's 13x13 cardboard storage files https://www.amazon.com/Vinyl-Styl-72.../dp/B00CTMK9CQ

Many times you can find 2 gallon bags at Dollar Tree.
