Question Clear stamps

I put my clear stamps in cd cases because the clear sheets that they came in wasn't working. Now my problem is is that I hate it. I didn't keep the sheets that they were mounted on nor the front. I want to put them back the way they were. I don't know what to buy to replace the backing. If anyone know please let me know. Lesson well learned.

You could use template plastic found in the sewing section of Joann's. Or transparencies from an office store. The design could be stamped on the plastic or just attach the stamp.

I totally feel your pain. I did the same thing and am kicking myself now for not keeping the imaging sheets. I used window sheets from SU (it was what I had) to put my clear stamps back on but you could use acetate or something like that from an office supply store. I use clear resealable envelopes with a white backing board to store them now.

I started putting my clear stamps on transparencies and was very upset to see that some of my stamps had melted to the clear cases. When I tried to remove them they left a film and outlining on the case. Now they are unusable! I don't know why this happened. The cases were very clean.

Sunday International makes Stamp Storage Panels that are like coated cardstock (hopefully that makes sense) with 3 holes on the side so you can put them in a binder. My clear stamps cling well to them. Haven't had any problems so far.

Hope it helps!

I just laminate cardstock. My ezmounted and my clear stamps stick just great. Although, I have only used it for a few of my cheapy clear stamps. My clear sets from KSS and MFP stay on the packaging sheet.

I agree with the laminated cardstock, or OHP film from an office suppliers, or sheets of acetate. Just punch holes in the side, store in ring binders. Easy to stamp a whole sheet od paper with the designs & put in a punched pocket for indexing.
