This week's inspiration site is a website owned by the wonderful artist Mr. Felix Doolittle! His website is full of beautiful hand drawn images converted to lovely labels, and stationery! Everything is so beautiful there! It's a combination of CAS, bright and cheery, and delightfully artistic handcrafted design! I love this artist so much that I often buy my own return address labels from them (even though I know how to make my own address labels from stamped images). I just love this artist that much! Browse through the site and see what inspires you too! Don't be afraid to do something other than a card, like some stationery and/or notecards of your own --if the spirit hits you in that way!
PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT:
This site will open the ordering form when you click on an image. Instead of clicking on the image right click on the thumbnails using your mouse (or Control Click with a Mac, hold down your finger for a minute on a touch device), then select "Copy Image Address". That will put the hyperlink on your clipboard that you can paste into your description when you upload your card. That link will take us directly to the picture so we can see what inspired you.
Click on the Select Image Button to see all the images in a particular category.

Challenge Goals:
Don't be tempted to upload a card that you have made prior to this challenge, just because an image reminds you of it. Rather, take the challenge of allowing your creative juices to flow based on your impressions when you look through the images. Remember, it can just be the color palette or style that ignites your creativity. Whatever draws you to the designs, take the challenge of doing something uniquely inspired today. Please be sure that all of your descriptions have a link back to your inspiration piece available only from the Felix Doolittle site .
Use the keyword: IC464 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many images to choose from, I've uploaded five of my favorites...so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them bigger. Please let us know which photo served as your inspiration piece please.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge.
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
I've been to the website and I love the images I'm seeing, but I don't have "Copy Image Address" either. I can get a URL for the groupings, but not for the individual images.

I had picked my inspiration before looking at today's HYCCT challenge, so my card is not exactly as I had originally envisioned it. But . . . it is what it is:
Thanks, Audrie, for another wonderful inspiration site!! It was so difficult to choose since there were so many gorgeous pieces, but chose the one which spoke to me the loudest!!
OMG! How to choose! I had to do 2 cards for this and might go back to do more! It's hard for me to go simple and clean but resisted the urge! Here's my take on the Felix Doolittle bike!
Here's my second one. I remembered I had this image from an October Afternoon miscellany pack, and it felt like it could have been one of the images from his website!

Oh, I am very sorry. Could not find a clipboard on my computer. I coped the url a couple times but have no clue where to find it. My inspiration comes from the sea glass note cards.

I'm so sorry that I haven't been able to comment on everyone's card - the lights have been going off and on here due to a wind issue. I'll be back tomorrow though (hopefully)!
