This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge comes from wonderful world of* Emma Bridgewater . *Emma and her husband Matthew contribute to the designs for their hand-decorated pottery and kitchen items that are produced in their*factory in Stoke-on-Trent where they are the sixth largest employer of potters in the area. They describe themselves as a British Company selling British products.**
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, Ive uploaded five of my favorites so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration.
The rest of you, remember to let us know which design from Emma Bridgewater that inspired you.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Fun site with many things English, Stephanie. I used my inspiration for something All-American...baseball. Was working on a thank you and saw a tea towel that pointed me in the right direction. Thanks.
After six months of full retirement, I had a temporary job this week -- and today was the first time I've had a chance to play in the challenges. Here's my card -- Flowers and Umbrella .

Stef - Thx for taking is to this great British pottery shop! Is is loaded w/inspiration and I only made it through a few pages of goodies! My card was inspired by two mugs, as well as, one of LuvLee's cards in re to the VSN challenge for Lee. Here is my card:
Stef- wonderful site! I was inspired by the Figs 1/2 pint jug with its cool purples and greens. I used SU's Unfrogettable for my sentiment, and Rubber Stampede's Poison Dart Frog for my image. Had fun with a mix of colors and patterns for a background, finished with a filmy green ribbon. Here's You're Unfrogettable
