Joan - I was in St. Paul on Monday but didn't have a chance to do anything except meetings for work and then drive back home Monday night. The office gals at our branch there want me to come for a weekend this summer and they want to do some scrapbooking and stamping! If you want, send me your contact info privately to [email protected] and whenever I go there, we'll meet up and you'll get to stamp with us. I hope you can make it to Wausau!
Just a reminder that if you have considered registering for this fun event, registration closes on May 25!! I know that Jen has already contacted those of you who have registered. If we end up with ten people or less we will ask everyone to make TWO card kits for each participant (only one "Anything But a Card," if you choose to participate). We have a fun day planned with great food, treats, and prizes. Don't forgot to bring your stamping supplies that are looking for a new home to include in the sale table! Jen will send a final count of participants and additional info to everyone who has registered shortly after the 25th. There is still time for anyone who is considering this event to register! I am looking forward to meeting everyone as this is my first SCS event!
AND here is the list of participants registered. This will be updated frequently:
1. JenWI409
2. WausauSue
3. Sheri Lehman
4. Robyn o.
5. Sweide
6. Dianevey

Is this the final count & is everybody doing both things?
Thanks Sheri
Sorry ladies, yesterday got away from me but an email just went out with the final counts, directions, and all of the details. If you didn't get it, please let me know and I'll resend!

Jen and I are coming down the home stretch and finalizing all of our plans for June 15th! We are looking forward to meeting everyone who has registered for the event. We have a fun day planned -- with CHOCOLATE (requested by Diane), a great lunch, lots of fun, and wonderful prizes. I just finished the prize shopping today (it was amazing how much "stuff" we could buy when hitting the sales and using 40-50% off coupons at the "chain" craft stores.) We have a very special GRAND PRIZE, too, which was a generous donation from my Stampin' Up demonstrator. Be sure to look through your craft supplies to help fill our sale table!
Thanks to my co-host, Jen, and ALL OF YOU who traveled to Wausau (Weston) today for the shoebox event. I am so amazed by all of the talent we had in the room. The cards were all so beautiful and the "anything but a card" items were very creative! Unfortunately, I do not know who made the cute little backpack -- very adorable! I enjoyed meeting all of you and hoping that you enjoyed our event, location, prizes, and food! Don't forget to thank the two people who made donations to our event by patronizing them and/or sending them a quick note/e-mail. Hope to see you all again at a future event. If you'd like to do another shoebox in central Wisconsin, I'd be happy to co-chair again. Sue
