I feel like I am always a day late and a dollar short!
We just got back from Illinois, my son graduated this weekend...I am a very proud mama!
Hopefully, we won't be traveling again for a while
For the June 4th meeting, I can have a kit to make something for up to 6 people as well.,,My swap (kit) is still in a box in the basement...haven't gotten my craft room unpacked:( It will probably be easier for me to go buy the stuff than to find it!

What was the final decision on swapping? Are we just each providing a project (and supplies) for each person to make, or are we doing the kit thing from the holidays (1 premade project+suppies for the receiver to make at home)?

I will bring dessert on the 4th. I like Dr. Pepper or Pepsi (do not do diet because of the aspertame). I can prepare a kit for everyone to create a small hanging sign to place in a small space. Will bring the Alphabet so you can choose what you would like it to say (I usually make welcome or name signs). Will make enough kits for 8 people in various patterns. See you Saturday!!

I was away for a mini-vacation for a few days, hope you all had a great weekend!
Looks like we are just about ready for this Saturday -- gotta get my supplies together for my project and I'm excited for it!
If anyone else can make it, hope you will join us!

Just checking in after the long weekend. I had a few days off from work and my daughter and her partner visited over the weekend. We had beautiful weather and lots of good food.
Now to planning for June 4. I see that some of you like Pepsi and Dr. Pepper (regular, not diet). Any other requests for drinks? I will also be bringing chips. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.

Thanks everyone for coming. We had a really good time...even hubby thought it was fun
(he usually doesn't hang around when I have stamping classes or craft related functions).
I do not mind hosting...unless someone else has another idea for a place to gather, and if we don't hear back from Kim, we can plan to meet back here the next time.

Wow, really? I have wanted to go for a while but never could find anyone to go with here! Are you planning on staying overnight or driving up for part of it?
