Got my card FINALLY decided on over the weekend and have my 10 packets almost completely done. I was forced to make them early, since I'm babysitting this week everyday from 4:15-9:00 p.m. Helping son-in-law with my grandkids while my daughter is away at a Work-related convention out-of-town!!
So sorry you weren't able to make it today Janice. Hope you are feeling better!
Thank you Mary Ann, I believe it may have been allergies. I have never in my life had issues, it was so strange it felt like I had flu type symptoms just behind my eyes (weird I know). My DH suggested I take a Clairitin and within a short period of time I felt much better! Problem was I allowed it to drag on for a few days before I shared with my DH how horrible I was feeling, lol.
Hey there!
Sorry to hijack your thread but I lost my list of everyone's emails in a nasty computer virus so I figured that this is the next best place to contact you all!
As you may or may not know, I work for Lori now at Scraps Etc. in Florence, KY. On April 27th, I will be hosting a Girl's Night Out Crop at the store from 530-1100 pm. I would LOVE to see you all there! I miss my card ladies!!!
The cost is $5.00 for the crop but you will receive 15% off your total purchase that night too! And you know me....I'm sure we will have some games, prizes and lots of fun going on as well! ;)
The phone number for the store is 859/746-0111 or you can call me on my cell @ 859/240-5167 as well to register for the crop.
Thanks all!
Beth

I'm now "in a dither' about May 19th Swap -- need yours/others thoughts????
My ONLY grand daughter whom I'm VERY close to has a GRADUATION & party on Sat. May 19th from 1-4:00 in Greendale. Okay here's the best part -- she's graduating from PreSchool to Kindergarten -- so it's pretty special.
IF I come to the swap, I'll have to leave at 12:30 --- is that enough time to get cards done? I cannot be late for the graduation 'ceremony' and party!!!!

Well, right now we only have 5 people signed up. You do not have to do your own project and maybe you could get together with Louise later and do hers? That only leaves 3. Of course more stampers will probably sign up. If we are aware that someone needs to leave at a certain time, it is very nice to know before we start so we can help you get the most done that you can. I, for one, do not mind if you only do as little as you need to on my project and then finish it at home later. I am OK with whatever you decide. If you feel like it would be too much of a rush, well, we will miss you! Hey, gang, what do the rest of you think? Does anyone remember about how many projects we usually have done by Carol's deadline?
