It's record highs here today, too. I was supposed to go to Yakima this weekend, I'm glad I skipped it, too hot!
So ladies, how was the show?
It was 102 at my house yesterday and our AC isn't working!! Luckily, it was only 95 today!! Good thing I didn't drive over your way....I might never have come back! :-)
Lindsey emailed me privately, knowing I would "Love" to get together with some other NW stampers. I've never done a shoebox, but have wanted to for a long time. If there is enough room I would love to join you on the 7th. I'm just over the Narrow's Bridge in Port Orchard. (((Hugs)))
I can't believe this...so here I am at the gym with my sister early this morning. I told her about the shoebox party on the 7th. She looked at me and said "you can't go".....I'm like "yes I can, even Ken said to "Go!!!" then she said....."Hello, thats Myranda's graduation" Myrranda is my niece and is graduating from high school that day, with a family get together to follow. I totally forgot all about it. I so bummed I will have to back out. I HATE backing out of anything. I hope you all do this again soon. I would really love to create with you gals. BTY I've been to that Ben Franklins several times....Love it!!!
I'm thinking that maybe we should re-schedule the swap because it seems like everyone is really busy right now and there hasn't been much interest so far. :(

I'm game for the 21st! Would we do this in the evening? I'm probably going to be doing the Race for the Cure that morning and should be home by 1:30. Is anyone else doing the walk or run?

Yes, I'm in-put me down! Yay, I thought it was this weekend and got scared--not ready yet, eek! June 21st is perfect I'm not sure about Simonne, but I will email her and find out (she should, the girl lives in Bonney Lake!) There is another lady, Lisa, who emailed me recently asking if she might be able to attend our next shoebox swap, so I said I would give her this link. She lives in Gig Harbor (I think) and has a blog too. She designs for Pink Cat Studios and is super sweet! I hope we can meet her in person at Pushpa's too! Thanks, Pushpa, for offering to hostess! I will bring a yummy snack!

You are so sweet to think of me! I've been down with all-day morning sickness, so I'm not making any plans for a while. I saw this message when I was super sick and feeling sorry for myself and it really cheered me up, so thank you!!!!
I can't wait to meet all of you at an event when I'm feeling better. I'm jealous when I see the pictures of you guys having fun without me! :(

Can you put me down for the swap in pencil? I have the copic certification on the 18th and DH is taking the day off so I can do that and I want to make sure he wasn't wanting to take Saturday for himself.
