H was here today and I think we were separated at birth...
musicals, HP, books in general...married...plus same taste in stamps but with different 'inklinations' means she has sets I (HEART) but haven't gotten around to getting yet, and vice versa!
so between us we have a great collection.
She worked on her cute osw christmas cards...I screwed around showin off stuff and then made some asian sets into hot foam, faux stone...tbfinished later...I hope.
what time is good peggy, and who else is coming?

Ooooh I feel jealous! Stamping with Char! So many innovative ideas coming your way, Peggy, I can tell! I so need to find someone here to actually sit down and share techniques, ideas and try out more difficult time consuming cards/projects with.
I just got back from Western Educational with Peggy. We used up our gift certificates- we each got Versafine Black *and* sepia pads, various, Stickles; I got a Hero Arts stamp- (Dill) and Peggy got a Penny Black Piggy stamp. Pegs also got a Spectrum Pad and I got some lumiere paint as well. We were ever having fun- I just wanted so say THANK YOU to all of you for the wonderful gift certificate, ladies! It was very much appreciated.

I had buckets of fun today - I even finished my christmas card challenge for June - wahooo! Now to post, which is always the time consuming part. The pictures are taken but not downloaded. Tomorrow.

Hey guys...I kinda want to do that paperpretties.net card class in a box thing...those Rubber Romance Diva stamps look so cute (well the one they are showing anyways). The Diva stamps are exclusive to paperpretties I guess. It will be about 30USD per month (its a Canadian company). Sigh...should I sign up? I ALMOST did...but I stopped myself because what one thinks is a great idea at 315 am may not seem so great in the light of day....

I don't have Ruth's cute smileys so I have to make do with the fonts. I'm so jealous of Peggy & Di going to Char's today. I want to come back, but alas I have to do something besides stamp. Consolation prize means I get to go to Ikea today (need to take my friend shopping for her B-day). I shall be on the look out for stamping supplies - I need some of those cute jars Char used for her flower punches. I think it is such a cool idea.

Can you sign up for just one class? Just to get a sample to see if you like it enough to sign on repeatedly? I am the last person to say anything, though, I get suckered into things all the time-especially late night TV.. I am very susceptible. Can you say Richard Simmons Dancing to the Oldies exercise tapes? The last time I was down in Lethbridge, I apparently ordered a George Foreman Grill which I had no recollection of ordering-it just showed up. And let me tell you about the Aerobed......

Atleast I don't have the problem of buying off late night TV - but I used to hate it when DH was sick, and watching a lot of TV - the strangest things would get delivered to the door. haha

Morning everyone man I am still groggy. Zopiclone tends to linger until you get moving around...
I decided to pass on that box...I think I will put my money into a cuttlebug and accessories instead. Apparently its on sale this week, but I think it would be cheaper with the coupon. What's the sale price? Does anyone know?

Ladies, just make sure you print the first page of the flyer and check with someone to see if there is a second coupon for next week. If there is, take it in next Saturday and get it then- unless the sale period is for two weeks. Yes she is hilarious. Of course, thanks to her I've had "Dontcha wish your sporron was hot like mine" stuck in my head ALL WEEKEND. With the added bonus of the visual of a Full monty meets highland kilts meets pussycat dolls line up. And now my husband keeps looking at me strangely when I start singing and/or bursting out laughing for no apparent reason.

Good morning everyone! Nancy - I swear you have a twin wondering around Edmonton. I saw a lady coming out of Ikea yesterday who looked just like you but since I was still in the checkout line I didn't go up to check. You aren't moonllighting down here in Edmonton are you?
