One thing Laurie and I tossed around is extending her trip here to MN in October for a day or so. Because extending the date out too far gets in the holiday season which is usually super-duper busy for most - like from Halloween on through New Year's. For the midwesterners it just might be closer.

I know heather and I are still doing it. Think Sami, Kathleen and Lela are still planning on it too .. So I will be meeting whoever wants to come to lousiville,ky. I think we were shooting for the sept 30 th date.
I was just saying what she and I had chatted about.... due to all her trips for work and not knowing if the Louisville location would now work for her.... she asked if we wanted to extend the date out. For me that gets too close to the holidays... but don't plan anything around me... I can't afford a trip even to see my Mom or Jason's Mom and by the time this all gets resolved I could be dead.
Another one of those times I wish I hadn't said a thing as to what had been an idea and what she and I had just tossed around.
And, Jen, I really hope I feel better for her visit to MN, just like I wished I had felt good to meet you, and to meet Lela when she comes, and Kate, and anyone. It really is disappointing to me not to be able to run around the way I use to or to just hop in my truck and not give a second thought to driving somewhere. I am not getting better, I am worse every day. But try my darndest not to bring it online.
I am sure you all will have a whopping good time in Louisville and I hope you all take lots of pics to share.
Hey guys! Ok, So im thinking that with all of my trips for my new job this trip will just be too expensive, BUT! We do have some miles saved from all of Adam's travels SO, if i get the use them it might all work out. (then its just taking time off from work) lol Ill keep ya posted for sure!!!

Oh Darn! Boohoo.. Laurie.. If we get housing before then.. which we SHOULD ... you could stay with me.. and that would cut the hotel cost out too!
Im really wanting to meet ya.. so Hoping you can still make it!!! I will have room for 2 people in one room with a 2 twin beds.. then another one or two in the other room with an aerobed.. then another could sleep on the couch! hehehe So thats.. 5 or 6 ppl LOL!!!

You are too sweet! Ill keep ya posted for sure. This job is starting to "cost" me more and more by the day! Im going to be really bummed if it doesnt work out for me! I wish I could find somebody down this way to drive with....!
It's a definite no for me.... too far, too expensive for such a short time, and I doubt my doctor would approve any trips at this time.

Sorry you are feeling so badly. :( Sending ((((HUGS)))) and you should NEVER feel like you can't bring how you feel here. You are among people who care and definitely who you can feel comfortable venting to...If you don't want to bring it out in "public" so-to-speak though I understand.
Sorry to complicate the plan :( I just sent off an email asking about reimbursement for my work trip so lets see what the answer is. That would make it so much better for me if they will just cover it all up front!

Well our plan was to go to archievers , other shops, maybe sight see a little .. Hang out.. Goof off... Go to pf changes lmbo!!!! Maybe have a swap or something fun

So conceivably, someone "could" come pick ME up for the shopping and fun, and friend could join us for dinner, or whatever she wanted to, right?
I'm sorry I won't beable attend this great party this year. Our GS graduates from basic training over the Thanksgiving holidays so my dh are going to be going to Fr. Jackson,SC can't afford both.
So the date is just around the corner and i am out due to my other trip as well. Bad timing on my works part!!! But, I will be in MN. in October. So for any in that area we could still meet up??? We will then be moving in to the holiday season so im thinking we could plan something again for Spring? Hope everybody that can make it this trip has a good time
