Hey ladies. Just in case you see this before you head out tomorrow. My family and I went out to dinner tonight and on the way home I swung by the expo center, just to see what was happening. they had the make and take scheduled for tonight ($25) remember. there were only about 20 cars there, maybe. So with this in mind, I am really looking forward to meeting you both tomorrow but I don't have high expectations for this show. I have your phone numbers and will call you when I get there, probably around 10.
I thought the make and takes were really expensive. I might have paid $10 but surely not more than that.
Tomorrow I am bringing my daughter along, so you will know me by the most beautiful 5 yo blondie.
Cheri, I am planning on being at Starbucks, and also planning on being very early for the show. I am planning on leaving around 8am, then heading to Starbucks on Egypt road... anyone else want a cuppa?
great to meet you i had fun and the stores surpassed my expectations. I loved all that I got. I haven't started a tag yet, but it is quiet around here now so I may head up to the craft room.
I ahd a feeling it would be small when I drove by on Fri night and saw only a handful of cars. I must say it was small, but it certainly had a lot of vendors displaying my style or more accurately what I wish my style is.
I spent plenty and am still thinking of heading back over today to pick up some things I have been thinking about.
I have made 2 tags already I will try to take pix and post them in my gallery, will let you know when they are up.
I have the whole day to play today so I will probably make some more.
They did have a lot of good vendors. I thought there was going to be a Spellbinders booth, and was disappointed that I didn't see one. I did see Spellbinders all over though.
I am considering going to the expo in Allentown this Saturday but I likely won't go. I want to, but I want to resist temptation to buy anything.
Su, I am glad that you're enjoying your new goodies
It was so good to meet you Su and to see you again Joyclynn!! I had a blast, but overwhelming all the ideas in my head! Looking forward to our next get together!
I couldn't possibly spend anymore. I have plenty now to keep me busy and happy for a little while.
If you are trying to start getting spellbinder dies, go www.cutathome.com and join you will get a monthly coupon for 40 percent off. If you can collect the sets one per month for a while it is a great savings.
I almost went back today!! Rob took me to the Philadelpia Park Casino last night and I walked in with $60.00 and walked out with $1250! I won a jackpot on a penny machine - it was awesome.
I contemplated going to get some more stamps, but decided to buy a Wii and save the rest. Now, I am torn between playing with my new stamps and playing Wii - Wii is winning tonight!!!
woohoo! I did go back today! and I spent 46 more at Ted's booth! I didn't win a jackpot to fund it either. LOL!
You could have bought the wii, put some away and still gone back for more toys.
Go Cheri! The jackpot... that's awsome! You're gonna love the wii. We played ours constantly when we first got it, it's slowed down some but we still love it and play it a lot. My sister got me the wii fit for Christmas, and it's a really fun add on. It's got a lot of fun balance games.
we play mario cart as a family game all the time, of course the boys cream the girls, but that is only because they play between family time and get better where as Abby and I only play with them. We have fit too I have never tried it. the kids do it a lot.
Some of my house guests have Mario Cart and I was allowed to borrow it ONCE. I've told them that they need to leave their games out if they expect to use my system. I think today, the system will no longer be hooked to MY tv 24x7 and only when my children want to use it. UGH! I hate long term house guests!
Well, I kicked butt in bowling! It is super fun and I am so glad I bought it! I bought loads of "extras" and 4 games! I played Iron Chef and have already one my first two "battles". I am sure the novelty of me playing all my "awake" hours at home, but I think I will still play from time to time. It's a good workout. Will have to look into Mario Cart and Wii fit!

i would have milked that for all it's worth... breakfast in bed... going out to dinner....
hey su! not very much. my daughter doesn't get the whole week off school so i will be carting her around how about you? Cheri... you're working all week, right?
I am working all week - crappy. We were supposed to go to Orlando, but had to postpone because the lacrosse coach "frowns" upon vacation during spring break - aren't you supposed to take vacation during spring break? It's ok, I am swamped at work and may not have been able to get away. We are booked for August, so that will work out better.

I think if it wasn't High School and he wasn't trying for a scholarship I would have cancelled, but it means a lot to him and it worked out ok. We were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge (that's where our timeshare is), but now we will be staying Concierge at the Grand Floridian - only because we couldn't "bank" our points, so they have to be used by November of this year, as we were using last year's points!! I know, crazy.
hi Cheri. My life is hectic right now too. my dh is on the school board and the district is trying to hire a superintendent, that with all the regular meetings is keeping dh out every night, so I am a single mom for now.

ugh! i hope you're all doing well aside from being busy.
i've had my hands full too! my sons car died and we've been trying to bandaid that and get him into something newer and reliable. it seems whenever we get one step ahead, it's two back... ugh!
Hey Su! The car situation is FINALLY over!! Thank goodness! How are you? Registration for CKC is today and my whole day Friday is BOOKED solid! If anyone wants my class schedule to see if you want to take any of hte same classes, let me know I will be doing a bit of the vendor faire Saturday and would be happy to meet up with any of you.
I hope you find you before CKC! That's not till July/August! I hope to see you there. Most of my classes are on Friday and I signed up for the Friday night crop.
