What a great recruiter Deb. We'll get these three girls "hooked" on the shoebox swaps in no time. I believe we are going to have quite a few new people at this one. Yeh!

This will be the first shoe box swap for all 3 but they are all looking forward to it.
I more week to go. Hoping for better weather next Saturday than today for those of us who are traveling. My cards are done & I can't wait to see what everyone else has done.
The weather will be good, the weather will be good, the weather will be good...this is my chant to help the weather be super good next weekend! You ladies know me I have no idea what I am doing yet but will soon! I too cannot wait to see everyone again! We have a lot of newbies too and that rocks. Have a great week and I will see you in 6 days!!!

THANK YOU, Crystal and everyone in Iowa --- I had a wonderful time today. It was great to make new friends and get more great stamping ideas. If anyone wants to come and visit the ladies I do stamping with in Wisconsin, watch the Get Togethers forums and search for CURDS (Creative Utterly Ravishing Divas Stamping) - it's not a closed group, just a way of finding us on Splitcoast.
Thank you Crystal & crew! The IL girls had a wonderful time, with great food, friends and cards. We addicted 3 new ladies to this wonderful gathering & will probably talk a few more into coming the next time.
We discussed hosting one in Western IL, hopefully Geneseo. Would any of you Eastern IA (or WI-nice to meet you Diane!) be interested in coming our way? We have to find a place large enough to host the group, but we're definitely interested.
I was quite impressed with the talent as Angie shared all she accomplished with me today. Great job ladies, I am now kicking myself for not joining. I'll know better for next time.
Depending on the date that you do one in Geneseo, I could make a weekend of it like I did for this one. We do one here in Hartford, WI in mid-August. Once that one is put together (probably in the next couple of weeks) then I'll post a link here so everyone can try and come to it! In addition to the shoebox, we do different swaps for those that are interested, too.
Aw thank you ladies! I am there let me know the date and I will see you there.

The Geneseo bunch will be in for the June swap in Camanche. Just let us know the date! We had stamp club last night and laughed about all the fun again. And convinced a few others that they need to come along as well.
I had a GREAT time stamping with all of you in March and wanted to be sure and get the date out there for our Wisconsin event -
The date has been set for our 2nd Annual Hartford Shoebox - it'll be held on August 21, 2010 in a small town called Iron Ridge, Wisconsin - just a few minutes northwest of Hartford. Last year we had over 20 people and the facility we used was a little bit crowded. We've moved it to a larger facility and are looking forward to doubling the number of people that come! I'll put a posting here when our thread has been updated with the registration form. (Last year's thread is still active "shoebox in hartford, wisconsin".)
We had so much fun in March, we wanted to have one here... so we are hosting a shoebox swap in the Des Moines area in June. Check out our thread for more information. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
We would love to have you join us. Sorry for the duplications of posts for those people we emailed directly, we just didn't want to leave anyone out.

Crystal-just wanted to let you know you and your crew did a marvelous job with the shoebox swap. Things have been hectic and I don't get to my computer as much as I would like (it's downstairs).
Will be having total knee replacement April 27 so after that I'll be "dancing on the tables".
OK Ladies - the Hartford posting is up on Splitcoast under Get Togethers - "Shoebox in Hartford, WI". Come on over - this event last year was absolutely FANTASTIC and I know it'll be that much or more this year, too!
