I now this thread is out of date but I thought it would be fun to revive it. I live in Tampa, Florida and wonder how many more out there are in the same area!
Hi everybody! I know this thread is from way back, but I thought it was so cool that there's a bunch from Pensacola/Pace area... we live way up in the northwest corner of Escambia County, but P'cola is where I do all my shopping and Pace is where my boys' pediatrician is (anyone know the wonder woman Dr. Mahaffey? She's great!)... I'd been wondering if there were any SCS members close to me and then I ran across this thread... I'm off to check out my neighbor's galleries.
Another Pensacola stamper checking in with fellow SCSers. Anyone interested in a Pensacola area get together????? I know several in the area that would be Glad to me others. I will be glad to host if there is other interest. Drop a note me a know.:-D

I "think" I've checked in here before, but Navarre checking in again! Instead of checking in again and again and again, let's get together!! I've seen Pace, Pensacola, Navarre, and Niceville all here in the last few posts...

Hello From Orlando! Well, technically Sanford/Lake Mary, but you know what I mean. Anyways, I am looking for someone going to the Tampa Expo this weekend....or someone that wants to go. I am a complete sleep deprived mother of teething twins who ordered tickets for 2 classes on the wrong day! I need to find someone to help out the teacher on Saturday in return for a 5$ class kit! This is the best way to take the classes.....help out and get the same kit for 20$ less. Anyways, if anyone is interested, please let me know.

DH and I call Tampa area home! I went to high school in Gibsonton, DH grew up in Odessa. We have a house in Hernando Beach (near Spring Hill) and we hit all of those black dot towns coming down US 19 when we visit! Perry included! ;)
We are currently stationed out of state but go home often because DS1's dad lives in Port Charlotte and we share custody!

I would love to, but dh would never let me go on a trip like that and leave him with all the kids. I was thinking to try to have one down here, but I wasn't sure if anyone would want to come down this way. That is my birthday though, and it would be a lovely birthday present.... LOL
I'm in Coconut Creek, too, from mid October to May 1. I hope there are more of us and we could have a get together!! Fun!!

I'm in Brooksville, we really should find a meeting place for all of us on the west coast--christine p etc. Maybe Steinhatchee landing for a weekend? We should give some real thought to this.

I live in the Tampa area, and would go to Steinhatchee Landing. Have always wanted to go. My husband would love that, too - he'd go kayaking.
