Joanne, I will be bringing a giant shoebox full of cards, card fronts, and ATCs that were donated to me for troop cards but I cannot use anything with glitter so I hope you can use them for your Hospice project.
Just finished die cutting for my shoebox project and it's a two-fer! The outline piece leftover from this project I can use on one of my Syracuse projects. I'm sitting down to put together my samples and then I will be all done!
Joanne, how many door prizes do you have so far?

Buffalo Stamps has been "warned to stock up" and they will be keeping the store open a little longer just for us. Sharon (owner) said she'd be providing us with a coupon and possibly some goodies (time dependent). A visit to the store is on my to do list for today. See you soon...time is flying by!

I'm sorry for the confusion...shoebox can be anything you want. The full card and card fronts was meant for the Hospice donations I am gratefully receiving from several ladies.
I think Joanne was answering Gayla's question about what she would like for her Hospice project, not necessarily about what we can make for our shoebox projects.
I am just chilling out evenings now. Haven't been tip-top for a few days...probably getting only 5-6 hours of sleep a night is not really working for me and lack of vacation with no plans for one is eating at me. LOL! I will go through my Williamsville projects this weekend to be sure I have everything I need and work on Syracuse projects. I love daylight and being home alone (translation: hubby not home so I don't feel guilty for not doing housework) on Saturdays to work on swaps...although I do like having other stampers to play with and be inspired by, too, while I'm working on projects.
I had yesterday off from work. Thought I'd get a lot of stamping done... NOT. After working in the yard .. prepping for winter, harvesting in the garden, cooking what I harvested, taking a nice long swim, grocery shopping, making dinner for last night and tonight, making cookies... guess how much stamping I did?? NONE. Good grief.

not to brag, but i'm all done! i finished early because i'm leaving to babysit my nieces (who are toddlers) all week! looking forward to next saturday-
I'm with you , Nancy. MUST finish my swaps today for next weekend, then start on Syracuse, then help my daughter with hers for Williamsville....she may not be coming, but I told her she HAD to send swaps and a shoebox because she was raised to fulfill her commitments. Right now she's in NYC with her two big sisters celebrating her 21st. birthday. Where has the time gone?
silly me ... I needed some snap containers for my swaps (they were ALL full!).... decided I needed to clean some out from previous events. So... I've been sorting swaps for a few hours now. It is a necessary chore to be done, but probably shouldn't have tackled it today!! We did get the pool closed (sad day), laundry done, and a cheesecake made. So it hasn't been a total loss today.

Linda B's mom is not doing well and hasn't really responded since Wednesday. Linda's plans for Saturday may change.
DH took today off and insisted I go grocery shopping with him this morning when I was all nice and cozy in front of my little heater comtemplating what I needed to do today for Syracuse swaps. How does going to Big Lots and Walmart tire me out??? I napped this afternoon...of course, buying Bugles and eating a bunch (wow, were they salty) and other bad food choices doesn't help boost my energy levels any! At least I had the clothes washed before we went shopping. I'm not liking that daylight isn't lasting very long these days.
