Hey Everybody, I am keeping tabs on all the RSVP's but I am going to wit until Jan. to update page 1. If you haven't heard back from me, don't worry. We have plenty of room and I will PM everybody and update after the holidays. I am just too busy to do it this week.

No pressure but I would like to know what activities to start planning for so I can get an order ready being that I'm not a demo it takes me a little longer.
Please put me down as an official YES. A few kid activities going on that day, but I am sure I can figure it all out. This is very close to my house and I actually know where it is. Won't get lost like I did in Lawrenceville. Now need to come up with a card idea!

I probably won't join any swaps this time around (I'm running out of supplies), but I'll DEFINITELY MC our annual Dirty Stamper game! (Though now that I'm working full time, hopefully I'll be able to order stuff). We'll see.

I sure hope so. The planning would kill me right now, though. I'm sooooo snowed under.
I'd really like to do it off of Thornton Road in Lithia. There are several hotels right there that probably have meeting rooms. I will need to check on the cost for those.

Please add me to the list and include me in everything. Not clear on the Dirty Stamper game. Is it like a white elephant swap? I'm a new-ish demo (July 2006) and didn't even know SCS even does this kind of thing! I'm glad I looked! So looking forward to meeting everyone. I live in Atlanta/Buckhead.

If we are in fact up to that # I might split the swap where each person brings 20 of their cards pre-made. That way we can just make 20 and take 20. It sounds crazy but it works. I will let everybody know this week

LOL! Good idea. I don't think I can make 40 cards in a day ... heck, I'm not sure I can make 40 swaps! LOL!!!
If you don't see your name on the list in post #1 please let me know ASAP! Also,
if you see your name there PLEASE let me know if you can't make it.
I put directions at the bottom of post #1 but I suggest mapquest or Google maps if you are unsure. You can always call the library too.
It looks like our # is at 33 right now but if you are an early preparer I would use 40 as a # for swaps. We will use 40 as our # until I close the registration 1 week out.
Each swapper will bring 20 made swaps and 20 unmade swaps, of the same card. Each swapper will then make 20 and take 20. We will split the room and the swappers in half and each person will make the swaps on one side and take a made swap from the other side. Clear as mud???LOL. I will explain it better when I get there.
I look so forward to seeing all of the regulars and meeting all of the newbies!

I'd like to join the fun again! Any way we can add in a section where we have a time for everyone to share business ideas that have worked for them, or stamping tips if they aren't a demonstrator? Maybe a semi-organized lunch discussion?

This swap is for any stamped item!!! I think I said that in my origional post but I refer to the swaps as cards when I update. It is just easier. I love swaps other than cards!!!! Just remember to make half before hand!
Shirley, I am adding you to the list. Thank you for the sharing suggestion too! I would love to set aside time for an idea/ technique powow! I always like to bring in swaps that I have done and other projects too.
Anybody can bring in anything they want to share, from a business idea ta a stamping technique or anything else.
I will probably demo something but would love for others to share too.
