I'm waiting for the UPS guy, I'll be stalking my porch tomorrow! Should have everything cut and ready to go. Think I need to employee child labor since school has been cancelled!
How are you guys doing up in Baltimore? It is icy down here!

Have a great night!
Icy here too. Main roads are good - back/side roads are awful.
Take 695 to Exit 32 Rte. 1 Belair Road North. Proceed approximately 3 miles on Belair Road. Turn right at the light at Ebenezer Road. You'll see Chevron, Shell, 7-11, and a diner on each corner at this intersection. Go to the end of the shopping center and turn right into the last shopping center entrance. Then turn left into the driveway for the church parking lot (will be your first left after turning into the shopping center). You'll see Faith Fellowship Church in big blue letters on the front of the building.
Come in thru the glass doors and immediately turn right into the double doors. We are in a new part of the church.
What a fun day yesterday was. I really enjoyed every minute of it and got to meet so many nice people! First, a big thanks to Cindy and please mark me as a yes for th 28th! I think Sara is also going to do it but will confirm later. The cards were great and we sat with two terrific ladies, Wigginmama and Maxsmom. They really made the day special. Recipe for Cauliflower Salad as requested:

Eclair Dessert Receipe---
I did it with fat free cool whip and also didn't put the peanut butter in it.
It's very quick and easy and travels great!
Prep Time: 30 min Total Time: 8 hr 30 min
Makes: 24 servings, one piece each
What You Need1-3/4 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tub
(8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
24 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
Make It
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Add peanut butter; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Layer one-third of the grahams and half of the pudding mixture in 13x9-inch dish, breaking grahams as necessary to fit. Repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.
MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over grahams.
REFRIGERATE at least 8 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Thanks to everyone for attending and making this another great swap. Thanks for the awesome cards donated for the card ministry - close to 500! Mom and I went thru them yesterday while the guys watched the game and separated them into b-day, get well, sympathy, etc.
What great card ideas you guys had on Saturday! And I loved using some of the new sets.
The food was awesome. We all ate like queens. Thanks so much for bringing such yummy stuff.
The only few complaints I have from Saturday, and I'm not going to go off on a tangent about them, but just mention them and let it go - someone clogged up a toilet in the ladies room - if this happens again, please let me know. If someone didn't bring this to my attention and it was left for Sunday morning, it would have been really gross and most likely, we wouldn't have any more swaps there. Also, if you rinse a dish or crockpot out in the sink, please make sure the sinks are clean again and not left with food. Fortunately, I spotted this and cleaned the problem, but again, if it was left for Sunday morning, I would have gotten an ear full. Okay, I'm off my soap box...
Thanks to those of you who donated door prizes and envelopes. Thanks to those of you who stayed and helped with clean up - I really really appreciate that more than you know.
I'll post the thread soon for March 28th. Keep looking for it!
Cindy, Again what a great success story, the cards were awesome and yes
we did eat like Queens. I think the food just keeps getting better each swap.
Thanking you so much for hosting something like this, I so look forward to
seeing stamping friends and having a girls day out. I love my prize too.
Donna
PS Patti says thank you too and can't wait til the next one. I guess I got her hooked
A wonderful afternoon and a creative way to end Dull January!
Thanks so much, Cindy and thanks so much for the effort every one of you put into her cards and treats!

Cindy as always I had a great time, delicious food, and most of all wonderful cards ladies. Thanks so much for hosting.
As for the Apple Waldorf Salad:
There really are no proportions. Just peeled Fuji apples ( i like the fuji because they are crisp), sprinkle with cinnamon, add chopped celery, chopped pecans, and mayonnaise and sprinkle with more cinnamon. Done. Some people add raisins, I tend not to. Enjoy!

This is so easy and if you look online, you can find different variations. I was going to try something new, but didn't want to goof it up.
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 can of crushed pineapple (don't drain)
Mix those together in the bottom of a 9x13 greased baking dish.
Pour over:
1 box of yellow cake mix (even it out)
melt 2 sticks of butter and pour over the top of the whole thing.
You can add chopped nuts if you want.

Thanks! I thought it was very delicious. I can't wait to make it again. I love all the food we have at these swaps.
