As you know, lunch is provided on both Saturday and Sunday. You have a choice for each day's lunch. Please post here or PM Christine (NOT Adelee) with your choice.

Calgary's own Spolumbo's Sausages
1) Two Spicy Italian Pork sausages on a buns
2) Two Chicken Sundried Tomato and Basil sausages on a buns

All above will be served with buffet salads (Pesto Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Mixed Green Salad), and desserts (cookies, squares)

Boxed Sandwich Lunch - Choose from one of the following options:
(sorry, no substitutions between box choices)
1) VEGETARIAN
Vegetarian with Monterey jack cheese, sprouts, cucumber, green leaf lettuce, tomato, guacamole on natural 8 grain bread
Young mixed greens salad
Fresh fruit salad
Chocolate chip cookie
2) TUNA
Creamy albacore tuna, celery and herbs in a creamy dressing, green leaf lettuce piled high on San Franciso sourdough
Greek salad
Fresh fruit salad
Oatmeal raison cookie
3) CLUB
Marinated chicken breast, bacon, Swiss Emmental, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Dijon mayonnaise on San Francisco sourdough
Spinach Salad
Fresh Fruit Salad
Double Chocolate Chip Cookie
4) HAM & CHEESE
Premium Black Forest ham combined with Swiss Emmental, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Dijon mayonnaise on Swiss Light Rye

There are power outlets around the hall. We will do our best to set tables up near the outlets, but until we get in and do set-up, we cannot confirm how close or how many there will be. My suggestion will be to be there as close to 7:00 pm to get the best choice.
We will have a table(s) set up near plug(s) for general use of electronic accessories.

Where is everyone staying? I don't have a reservation yet - still not sure if I am going to crash on someone's couch, or drive back and forth. I'm just going to pack and overnight bag and wing it.....
I think today, I'll precut all my paper and get each Make and Take organized. Then make a list of the "last minute" things I'll need to pack - like ink and such. I'm travelling light this year -- hoping for only one tote!! Is that even possible?

I say we should order them whatever has the best cookies, and then withold the cookies as a punishment. Maybe auction the off????? I think the Double Chocolate will fetch a hefty price. :twisted:

You have to bring more than that. How am I going to borrow your goodies if you don't bring any? Think of your friends......and their needyness to play with new goodies.....

Haha... 1 tote. That's funny ;). Last year I brought my big suitcase, plus my rolling tote, plus a couple of handled rubbermaids. And I still didn't have exactly what I needed, and ended up just checking out everyone's projects, cause I didn't have what I needed. Maybe I'll plan ahead more this time.... plan the projects I'm going to work on. I wanted to scrapbook though, but I can never plan those ahead, it's trial and error with a scrapbook page for me, keep playing with it, til I love it, then glue it all down. Guess maybe I'll do christmas cards.....

I'm lucky enough to live in Calgary so if I forget anything I can go home and get it!!!! Although I DID bring a LOT of stuff too!!!
I kinda like my box right now, I just started home school my 3 girls this September and there is paper all over my house, so I think this time I will stay in the box(and maybe hide) ;)
