I made a color chart to keep track of the colors of pads and paper I have. I don't have all of them and have bought duplicates by mistake. I updated it with the new catty because a few colors are available in jumbo wheels that were not before. The chart is in Word. I printed it on cardstock and put a small stamp in the box of the pads I have, then highlighted the items in that color that I have. The only thing not on the list is the spots.
I keep the sheet in a binder I have that is an inventory of stamp sets I have. When I want to stamp something I open my book, pick a set and pick the colors to use. Also helps when placing orders, I forget what I have sometimes.

Christine:
How many pages does the print out? Does it fit on One page??? It looks bigger then 8 .5 by 11.??? I'm gonna forward it to my sister so she can print it out I don't have a printer right now.... Just curious. Thanks again it's a really nice chart!!!
I just highlight in my catalog the sets and supplies that I own. When I use the last of my paper, I write myself a list on a postit note and put it in my catalog. I bring my catalog to stamping events, and no duplicating!
Christine,
Is there anyway I can print this chart out(which I think is a really great idea of yours)? My Microsoft Word says the borders are outside the margins. I don't know enough about it to correct or change it.

Just click ok or yes, whatever it says to print anyway.
