After reading about bad customer service from companies I won't mention here, I thought I would share a GREAT experience I had with Stamping Bella.
Emily (Em) is absolutely fantastic and honorable. I went a little crazy shopping during the Black Friday, small business Saturday and Cyber Monday sales. LOL!! Well, as I continued to shop last night after a long day at work (and also trying to pay attention to the Seahawks v. Saints game.... YAY! Seahawks!!!!), I messed up on an order. I immediately emailed Em. I couldn't believe how quickly she responded in the morning (I think she's 3 hours ahead of where I live) and took care of everything!! I was truly impressed and I appreciated the care she showed to me. I place A LOT of importance on customer service ...heck, it's the customers that make your business, right??? Which is why I show every single client I work with the same respect that I expect as a customer. I truly felt respected, honored, and cared for.... I will be a loyal customer to Stamping Bella. Thank you, Em.....and thank you for letting me share this experience with you all.
what a lovely post. thanks for taking the time to write it. companies that make it easy to shop online are to be treasured!! (or maybe my wallet would object!)

What a lovely thread to read. Its all too often these days that people are fast to complain, but rare to praise! I have worked for many years in retail in the past, and it can be a very thankless job- the way some customers treat you has to be seen to be believed sometimes. But when I first started, I was given advice by my new employer- one, remember the customer pays your wages, and two, treat every customer the way you would want your Mom to be treated!
Emily and SB rocks, I have bought many a Bella and friends off their site and loved how quick they ship and all the amazing stamps they produce
and being from Canada as well
