Hey everyone.....I thought it would be fun to see how many Images everyone has in their MY FAVORITES.
At the moment I have 171 --- is that a lot? ;)
I think it's like shopping....I just keep adding to my shopping basket and NEVER have to check out or pay!! I LOVE to go in MY FAVORITES and look at all the goodies I put in there. :mrgreen:

I have over 200 and I think I've only CASE'd one of the cards..lol And it wasn't a TRUE CASe I used a different stamp set and used different colors and put a little different spin on it!!
WOW!! I thought I had a lot! LOL!! Jessica........587!!!! I just picked up my chin off the floor!!! ha ha ha ha. That is SO FUNNY!! My face hurts from smiling so much!! :mrgreen: Let's see if someone beats you! ha ha ha NOT beat you beat you.....has more than you silly! ha ha ha

Thank you for that explanation... I wondered about this. Since I am just building my "stash" most of the time I have to substitute stamps, colors, etc. So my cards very seldom really look like the one I used for inspiration.

Mine has 6422 at the moment. You ladies need to step it up a bit!
I put a ton of cards in my favorites. It's so much easier for me to search through there to find something that I know I liked than to hunt through everything on SCS! I know that I'll never in my entire lifetime case all of those cards, but that's not why I favorite them. Browsing through my favorites reminds me of layouts, color combos, stamp combinations, etc. when I'm stumped for ideas. Kind of like making a folder of magazine clippings (which I also do).
I have 1170...it's really kind of overwhelming. I sometimes go back to my oldest favorites and purge those that don't inspire me anymore, but then I add a billion more and negate all of the work I did!
GreenDragonLady -- how do you get that animated bowing smile? Can I favor that?! LOL
cdjkssss - 6422!!!!dang girl! ha ha....you're right...I need to step it up! Sometimes I forget to make something a favorite and then spend WAY TOO MUCH time trying to fine it again!
*At the current moment* I only have 56 on my faves here.
HOWEVER, I have *moved* 5,922 to my files on iPhoto, so that makes 5,978. I like using iPhoto 'cause I can sort by set, and keyword each photo with any keyword I might want to search for in the future. I can also edit them to make dark pictures easier to see.
Guess I need to work at it to catch up with Chris, however !
WOW...I didn't know you could put that many cards into your favorites! Right now I have 297, but I would delete them once I cased it or used it for some inspiration because I though we could only have so many in our favorites.
LOL...I was thinking someday I would have a message telling me my favorites category was full. I'm so glad I read this thread...now I can add lots more to my favorites
Help. I cannot find the place to click on add to my favorites. I looked at several cards and none showed add to my favorites.
First you need to view the card that you want to put into your favorites. Below the 'Photo Details' section you will find a section labeled 'Additional Info' you will find the line that looks like this:
Add to Favorites � Post a Comment � Report Photo � Print View � Send as e-Card � Receive Email Updates
You should be able to just move your mouse over the words and click on them. If you click on the 'Add to Favorites' it will put the card you are viewing into your favorites. Make sure that you are logged in when you do this. You will not be able to add anything into your favorites if you are not logged in. Hope this helps.
my goodness... I have three pages and I thought I was getting up there! I try to clean it up every once and awhile and delete things that don't inspire me anymore or that I have already cased. Looks like I need to get to work adding more to my favorites!
I have 633 and need to clean it out. Am sure there are some in there that I'll never CASE as my tastes have changed over the years. Good job for some rainy day once I get all the cards done I need for March -- 25 and counting!!
Wow! That sounds like a great idea! How do you do it? (Save to iPhoto, that is)
I use a mouse, so these instructions apply to using a mouse. I right click on the picture, up pops a menu that has one choice as "add picture to iPhoto". Choose that and it gets dumped in your Library.
Simple!
