Default How do I set my printer to print in SU colors?

I have the list of color "codes" for printing SU colors on my printer (e.g. Almost Amethyst: R-189 G-189 B-255 OR H-170 S-255 L-222). Excuse my ignorance, but I have NO IDEA what do with these numbers. I assume I type them in somewhere, but I'm not sure where. Help! Can someone please tell me exactly how to do this?

Thanks!

I will try to help. When you use a software program like Word you select format, font, color, more colors, custom. A window will come up with the
R G B values. This is where you type in the numbers. Most software is basically the same. Just play around with font format . There was a chart somewhere on the board that did a chart of the RGB values for all the SU colors. I printed it out but don't know where I got it - sorry. You might try a search for RGB values for SU colors.

Hmmm...I did what you said, but after I get to "More colors" there just isn't anything that says "custom." I'm on a Mac and maybe it's different on a Mac? Any Mac users who can tell me what to do?

Thanks again...

Hi all...

I have a dilemma with not being able to customize the colors--DH says we have Word 1997 and there is no option in our program to enter the RGB codes--see another thread where I asked about this:

Forums at Splitcoaststampers

I have a suspicion that I am stuck unless we upgrade our Word program.

If anyone has other ideas of how I can get to a place to enter the RGB codes I would be very interested in hearing about them.

TIA!
