Help I need templates to copy and use

I don't have access to machine to reduce or increase. I am in a swap and anything is fine with me. The two ladies do such wonderful cards. I don't want to disappoint them but it is looking this way. Thank you for any help.

What software do you have in your computer? You can usually enlarge or decrease templates before you print them.
