Hello fellow Splitcoasties, only 18 sleeps until Christmas, how exciting!! The galleries are full of festive cheer, lots of love, snow and glitter. It is summer here in Australia and so hard to imagine being cold at this time of the year. There is a VSN next weekend - Around the World in 80 Days. I hope you get some 'me time' and visit some great locations. How brilliant would it be if we could all meet in real life!!! Ahhhh a girl can dream.
Our dedicated team members making the notifications this week are Brenda (tessaduck), Linda (Holstein), Priscilla (catluvr2), Stacy (JBgreendawn), Angie (Ohmypapers!) who is very kindly subbing for Vicki and me (susie australia).

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. (It says Splitcoaststampers: Stamping, Stamps, Card Making Ideas, Paper Crafts & Template Gallery ... and so on.) Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.

Happy Weekend everyone!! I get the privilege of helping out with the notifying this week! I am about to head out for a bit but I will be back this afternoon. I won't have a list of my own this week as I was only able to visit SCS one day this week due to an eye issue. The issue is improving but staring at the computer screen long enough to compile a list is more than I am up to. I hope to be back next week with a nice long list of faves!!!!!!

Good morning everyone. I took the opportunity this past week to go to the Main Gallery Page and clicked on the LAST 7 Days at the top right. I used to browse the gallery like this all time in the "old days" before life was so busy! It's a great way to see "works of art" from community members that I don't know, who don't play in the challenges and aren't as visible as those of us who are regular challenge posters. Wow! I suggest you take some time to browse the gallery this way. You will see lots of gorgeous work. So many of my favorites this week are crafters that are new to me mixed in with some of my challenge favorites.
Such happy news....thank you Jay_Bee (Janine) for listing my Christmas Love card as one of your favorites this week. It was such an easy card.

I am sitting outside waiting for the granddogs to have a little romp and listening to their feet make crunching sounds in the crisp, frosty grass while the drip, drip, drip is starting to sound as that same frost slowly is melting from the branches. I haven't been in the galleries much this week. I'm in the midst of my decorating frenzy mania. I go a "little" overboard with Christmas decorating, but love the results.

Other than a few gifts for just my kids, I haven't bought a thing for anyone else and EVERYTHING has to go in the mail since we don't have family here. I KNOW I didn't make enough Christmas cards this year and I haven't addressed a single one.....and yet, I am feeling very peaceful this year! Maybe it will all get done this week?
Good grief! A SCS member for oodles of years and I make it to the favorites thread three weeks in a row... you'd think I'd know how to say TY but doing so from a smart phone and an actual computer seem to have tripped me up :oops:

So everything I'm able to do is on someone else's Internet. So I haven't been able to do much commenting and picking. I apologize. I keep hoping that Internet will be available soon. Until then.....
