Hi everyone, it's Susie from Australia here starting off this weeks favourites. As I type this there are 3478 special and unique cards in the HYCCT gallery, all full of heart. Thank you to all the wonderful hostesses who gave their time and made this event possible. Now the really important job starts, posting your cards!!
If I could choose one card to appear on billboards all over the world wide that sums up the HYCCT dream, it would be this...
The dedicated team members who will be making the notifications this week and delivering the happy mail are our fearless leader Brenda (tessaduck) along with Linda (Holstein), Stacy (JBgreendawn), Priscilla (catluvr2), Vicki (vdm) and me (susie australia).
This is the place to link all the fabulous favourites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, 25th of October through 1st of November, 2015 .
The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. Everyone is welcome to join in - check my next post for directions.
I had more than 50 cards on my list this week, but in fairness to all the notifiers I have trimmed it down drastically (sob).
I feel terrible for culling my list, I hope to see them on your lists. Have a great week everyone! Oh I almost forgot...only 53 sleeps until Christmas.

When you say "thank you," you're encouraged to also link to at least one of your own Favorites from last week.

I'm sure I'll be back with more! And if anyone can explain to me how I can shorten those links to just the card name and crafter, I would appreciate it :-)
How do you say thank-you to someone who has just brought tears to your eyes with her sweet gesture....I guess a Big thanks Susie for mentioning my card. Hopefully it brings a smile to the recipient. Thanks to all the stampers that have given us the challenges, and encouragement with their gracious comments. Susie said it best....all the cards have been made from the heart. Another big thanks to Ann, Poppydarling, and Kathy for mentioning my cards. I have thirteen more to do....they will get done Thanks, Priscilla for your time with the notifications.
Linda - thank you for choosing my Autumn trees card and letting me know. Congratulations on making the great card Susie mentioned at the top of her post.
Here are my favourites this week, so many out there makes keeping a short, short list impossible.
I did a fun class yesterday with Brushos and had 3 lovely ladies on the table I worked on. I have also enjoyed all the friendly messages on my cards this past week. Great hobby with lots of wonderful people!

Thank you Linda and Janine for including my cards on your terrific lists and for your lovely comments. It is always an honour to be mentioned. Thank you Brenda for the happy mail.
I am sneeking one more fav in before I go to bed. This is from Newbie.
Thank you Susie for running the thread and all the notifiers.
I know I missed a lot. Being on the east coast, no matter how late I check, a lot comes in by the morning. I think almost 200 showed up last night alone.
This is always hard for me to do...but has been a real challege to pick this whole month due to the tremendous effort by everyone on the HYCCT challege. Thousands of extra cards to look at....all lovely. Kudos to all the makers, all month long. In my heart I picked you all.
What a lovely surprise this morning! Priscilla (Catluvr2) let me know that Janine (Jay_Bee) favourited my Dog Dreams card! Ladies, you're the best! Thank you very much.
well, so much for sleeping in... Good Morning, here are a few I found to share last week & I have not seen much of yesterday's gallery yet so, I reserve the right to make a second post later... ( maybe after coffee)
Kudos to everyone who "dared to dangle" on Monday or later on in the week, there were some beautiful creations in the TLC gallery, I'm sorry to have only highlighted one here.
Trying not to cry. Had nose surgery for the third time so I don't need the moisture with splints in my nose yet. Not saying that for sympathy but to let you know why wavejumpers mention of my card is so dear to me. I'm in midst pity party because I look so horrible that I don't want to go out in public. I'm praying and trusting things will look better after the splints are removed on Tuesday. Thank you, wavejumper for favoriting the only card I've made since surgery. Its encouraging to me and reminds me that life will be normal again if I'm just patient. Thanks Stacy for the notification.
Hoping that you have all had a great week. Another great grouping of cards made with the heart that have touched mine. I could have included so many more... I hope that more will join us so that more card-making artists can be encouraged. I know what a boost it has been when one of my cards has been listed as a favorite, it has quite honestly been the highlight of my week. When you list a card as one of your favorites, you are giving a gift of saying that what this member is doing is special to you. That's what my favorites list means to me.
I need to learn how to put the names in bold--I'm afraid my computer skills are very basic, but I will ask my friend to show me so I can hopefully do that next time...
I am loving so many cards with fall leaves and/or fall colors. Right now I am playing with leaves, and I'm loving seeing what others are doing with them!
Because as usual, I have many favorites this week, I will especially highlight those who have not been yet listed this week, so that more can enjoy this honor, and hopefully there won't be quite as much work for those wonderful members who notify. Some will have already received a favorites, but I will concentrate on those in my favorites list who have not so far today. EVERY card in my favorites list touched my heart and filled me with awe of each card's artistry and ingenuity.
I hope that each of you will have a very blessed week. Thanks to the very wonderful Susie from Australia who shows her heart every time she leaves a comment--what a sweet, kind, encouraging lady who has so much artistry, who continues to take this time to take care of this thread. Thank you to the entire group of members who notify each favorites listing--you are each spreading such joy all over the planet when you send out a notification that this person's card has made Favorites of the Week. What could be better than this! God bless each of you!!!
Hugs,
Joanne (905lovestostamp)

Reason: listed one favorites twice
Thank you Susie for getting us started! Youre right Lindas card about Kicking Cancer really sums it up. Im sure that someday they will find a cure for all types of cancer. So many strides have been made. And, maybe someday researchers will even find a prevention.
I somehow managed to get every challenge completed and will spend a couple nights packing up my HYCCT cards (plus many from other challenges) and get them off to the Post Office such a feeling of accomplishment.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE HYCCT CHALLENGES!
