Hello friends! I hope you had a wonderful holiday week!!! Ours was good despite being very different from our normal holiday. At one point I mentioned on my blog I thought we might eat beans and rice for Christmas Eve supper. We did not have our traditional supper but we didn't eat beans and rice either!
Don't forget that NEXT week we list our BEST of 2014!!! I have gotten started using a word document but I am not quite through yet, how about you?
I am delighted to share with you that we have a new notifier!!!! Susie (Susie Australia) is joining the team!!! What fun. Susie is a fabulous artist and a bit of a comedian. Susie's card descriptions are hilarious! Susie joins us tonight in Stacy's place as Stacy and her husband enjoy special moments with their son!
Which brings me to the difficult part of this post. As Brenda said to the notifiers last week "The only thing constant in life is change". I am not real big on change so it is with sadness that I decided to step away from notifying on a regular basis. I have had a fabulous 14 months but I feel the need to focus a little more on my teens during the weekends! Our son turns 18 in January and our daughter will be 15 this summer. I don't want to miss out on a minute of time that they want to spend with me! I am not gone for good, however as I will be back next week to help out with the BEST of 2014, I'll sub during the year AND of course stop by to hand in my weekly favorites lists!!!!
Please help me wish Brenda (tessaduck) a VERY HAPPY Birthday this week!!!!

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. (It says Splitcoaststampers: Stamping, Stamps, Card Making Ideas, Paper Crafts & Template Gallery ... and so on.) Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.

Like most people I have been busy with food, family and friends in recent days so gallery browsing, however enjoyable, has not been high on the list. I have manage to spot quite a few though...
Well, it has been a wonderful week with Christmas, lots precious family time. Not much gallery viewing but still managed to favour some beauties. Great that you have offered your time to this forum, Susie, and thank you, Angie, for all the notifying you have been doing, enjoy the extra time with your young family.

I did not have tons of time in the gallery this week. Spent 24 hours in the car on the drive to and from our family gathering for Christmas. Well worth the drive but very glad to be out of the car.

When I finished that card my DS & DH both said that card needs to go to my MIL for her birthday so I guess it will be held for her birthday in May...LOL!
