CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week Ending 3/5/17
March already and DST starts next weekend - Yikes! This year is just flying by!
Below are some great CAS cards that found their way to my favorites folder this week. I'm so happy to say that I discovered several new-to-me stampers this week. Love that our community as a whole and, specifically, our CAS "neighborhood" continues to grow.
Embossed Spring Tulips Card OLL by deeth1*** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER *** I loved the way Delores colored the tulips on her pretty card - I feel like if I keep watching them, I'll actually see them open up a bit more - she's given them so much "life" with her coloring.
Watercolor butterflies by Lynnwoll*** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER *** These butterfly cards are some of the prettiest I've seen and could be used for so many occasions. Perfect to have in one's stash.
Hey Chickie by yorkshire lass Lorraine's Easter card is so darling - and I'm so jealous about how full of life her little chick is - I am sooooooooo yellow coloring challenged!
CAS418 Springtime! by Arizona Maine Angela's interesting layout, along with her beautifully colored blooms really caught my eye - DEFINITELY an idea I want to CASE.
Wonderful Day Wishes by Art Deco Diva I enjoyed the warm tropical colors Karen picked for her card, but really loved the way she extended her stamping onto her frame layer.
Spring Coloring by frenziedstamper I'm really loving the addition of a small amount of b/w stripes on Cindy's card. It adds attractive grounding and lets her beautiful blooms shine.
The Early Bird by DandI93 Irene's work almost always makes me smile and this fun birdbrain tag is no exception.
Lucky Me by PaperCrafty Sheri's card is a great example of a sentiment only card front. Her use of color pulls everything together and you don't even miss an image. Plus, it's another layout that could be mass produced in multiple colors with multiple sentiments.
Believe by lollyrot*** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER *** This card is perfect! The typography of the sentiment works so well with the flower spray and the colors are to die for!
Let's Taco 'bout it! by lisa lara Lisa is another paper artist whose work always makes me smile. Her punny card is just so stinkin' adorable and happy.
CAS418, Blooming Time by k dunbrook Karen's fabulous card is proof positive that blue isn't the only color she rocks. LOVE the yellows and oranges!
