Best place to buy Manila Tags

Looking to purchase large manila tags (4x. Was looking at Uline but I have to purchase 500 and the shipping is $15. Was looking at xpresstags.com as well where they sell them in packs of 100 and free shipping for orders of $7.95 or more. This seems much better than Uline but my question to everyone is...... Has anyone ever purchased from xpresstags.com before? Is the quality good on these tags? I need them for mixed media so I will be using sprays and inks, etc. Would like a tag that isn't too flimsy. If anyone has advice or can recommend another place to get heavyweight tags, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I usually get the white tags (the surface is like posterboard) from Officemax - I like them for gel printing but I've used them with inks and Colorburst and they work really well. I pay $13.99 for 500 tags, and it's showing that the shipping would be free...

Have you tried Donna Downey Studio? They have different sizes and often have free shipping.
