Just want to say how pleased I am with the customer service Hero Arts has shown. I received a HA clear stamp set from a friend at Christmas. It is one of those ones where you build up the image by over stamping with several stamps IYKWIM. The base image was defective and wouldn't transfer ink throughout its middle section.

I sent Hero Arts a picture of the stamped image and of the stamp itself with the ink showing where it didn't transfer. They got right back to me on the first business day after my e-mail. Said they were sorry and would send me a new set. I just received the tracking number the day after I gave them my address. Want people to know how pleased I am! I've always loved their products and will certainly continue to buy them.
