I have 2 sets. I have not used SU regular inks with them, but I have used Palette, Brilliance, Memento, VersaMagic and Cat's Eye Chalks with no problems.

I really love the quality of BG stamps too!

I have the Grow a Garden set. They ink up fine; just like any other clear stamps using an eraser on large solid patches helps. I use a lot of chalk inks so some of them are stained a bit, but that's nor a bother to me.

I just received a set today... happy to say that they are really great. In fact, they seem to be a bit more "firm" than some clear stamps; less flimsy somehow. Anyway, I rubbed mine with a pink eraser, then inked with Versamark and then with SU ink and the impression I got was *perfect.* Very happy with them!

I love mine and they have worked great from the get-go.
