8. You may sell cards, or projects which include the stamped image. You may not sell just the plain black line stamped images alone that have been stamped onto paper or any other material.
9. Hand-made stamped artwork may not be sold in conjunction with any House-Mouse Designs products. Hand-made stamped artwork must not be used in any manner which might confuse, mislead or deceive, or which would be likely to confuse mislead or deceive, consumers that hand-stamped artwork is a House-Mouse Designs product, or is endorsed by House-Mouse Designs, Inc.
10. Hand-made stamped artwork must be suitable for all audiences and all ages. House-Mouse Designs reserves the right to determine whether or not a project is suitable.
11. House-Mouse Designs, Inc may amend its policies governing the use of its copyrighted designs and images, including the Angel Policy, at any time. Amendments to such policies are effective upon publication unless otherwise noted and will be posted on the official House-Mouse Designs, Inc. website, www.house-mouse.com. House-Mouse Designs, Inc. reserves the right to deny or terminate permission to use House-Mouse Designs� images with respect to any particular person.

ANGEL POLICY: STAMPS: Creating individually handstamped items for sale is more than fine. Mass quantities or for that matter not-so-mass quantities created by means of reproduction (electronic scanning, photocopying, saving images from web pages, etc.) or any means other than ink pad to rubberstamp or vice versa is not allowed. If possible please give eat cake graphics credit for the image(s) used either on the item for sale or verbally if asked
Totally Stampalicious Angel Policy All designs are owned by Totally Stampalicious: We encourage you to use our images on your own hand crafted cards and projects to give away or sell using any venue. Please feel free to submit your artwork to magazines and other publications with our consent to print and/or display them, as long as proper credit is given to Totally Stampalicious. Hampton Art is a full-fledged "Angel" Company. This entitles the stamp owner to make projects for personal use or to sell as handmade one-of-a-kind creations. This policy applies to all Hampton designs, including those under license from various designers.

Wild Rose Studio Ltd is an Angel company. This means you are allowed to use our stamps and papers to make cards to sell, so long as it is not on a commercial scale and each card is personally handmade by you. You may also post images of these cards on your website, blog, or on forums. You are not allowed to go into mass production or employ people to produce cards based on Wild Rose Studio designs.
All our stamps and printable papers are created from original artwork to which Wild Rose Studio Ltd retains full copyright. �Wherever reasonable, each item bearing one or more of EK Success Brands' designs must be marked with "One or more of the above designs are copyrighted by EK SUCCESS, LTD." in a reasonable size and location that gives reasonable notice.
�Copyrighted designs by EK Success Brands may not be altered in any manner, including but not limited to, masking or overlaying portions in the overall design. Any other alteration will be considered an infringement of copyright.
�EK Success Brands' designs and images may not be used for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.
�Quantities are limited to projects that are limited in scope, local in nature, and otherwise do not constitute an ongoing business. Additionally, quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of 50 items per image. The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business, and/or for an endeavor that is not local in nature, is not permitted.
�The use of the images to be sold with a product to enhance a product or to design a product on a regional or national level or for any mass production requires a licensing agreement with EK Success Brands and the artist. (The definition of mass produced is more than fifty copies of any one design reproduced by mechanical means at a time or more than 200 copies per year of any one design. Multi-person assembly-line work counts as mass production.)
�Items may not be sold in a store or left in a store on consignment.
�Persons participating in this Angel Policy may not sell, transfer or assign the rights to EK Success Brands' designs to anyone else.
�Participants in this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify EK Success Brands and its artists from disputes arising from their work.
�EK Success is a New York corporation. This Angel Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the state and federal courts for New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding arising from this policy. Any failure by EK Success Brands to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver of such rights.

Each craftwork for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production or assembly-line creation by workers for hire is prohibited. All Taylored Expressions images are copyrighted. The images may not be used for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.

We welcome artists who would like to use our images in their own hand-stamped creations and wish to sell these items. Therefore, we give permission to use any designs by Stampington & Company�, except those images ? Deb Strain, for the purpose of resale.
When using the approved stamps for items that will be sold, we give you permission if the following criteria are met:
1) Each item must be hand stamped. Mechanical reproductions are not acceptable.
2) The back of the card must contain typed, stamped, or hand-written copyright information. Please refer to the label index on the side of the image you are using for the correct copyright information. It is not necessary to include the copyright date. But be sure to include the copyright information for each stamp you are using. This information needs to be listed only once for each artist, no matter how many images are used by that artist. For instance, if you use three images that are copyright KAREN FOSTER, you need to only list the copyright information � Karen Foster one time on the back of the item. If you use a KAREN FOSTER and a TERESA KOGUT stamp, you will need to list both of the artists in your copyright information. If no specific artist is listed, you will credit it as � Stampington & Company, just as the stamp label does.

Close To My Heart does not limit the types of hand-stamped creations that may be sold under this policy, within reasonable standards of good taste. Completed, hand-stamped projects may be sold at competitive and non-competitive retail locations, temporary craft events, community fundraisers, and over the Internet. In selling hand-stamped projects, the seller must make it clear that the items are hand-made, and not a product of Layers of Color. The seller may indicate the supplies used are from Layers of Color, but the Layers of Color logo may not be used in any way for the sole purpose of promoting the sale of hand-stamped projects.
You may not use Layers of Color stamp images for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.
Persons creating hand-stamped items for sale are responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations.
Persons participating in this angel policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Layers of Color and its artists from disputes arising from their work.
