I have a facebook group for my team, and we do Google Hangouts every Sunday as well - and I accept questions in advance for that in case someone can't make it.

I send out small gifts once a quarter and we all try to get together at SU events. I have a retreat 2X / year with a team day the day before as well.

My long distance downline receive the same quarterly gifts and other incentives from me as my local downline receive. They also have the same access to our private FB group sharing area and video chats with project sharing there as well. Texts, emails, phone calls, online video chats with as many in the group that wants to participate. Everyone is included that wishes to be included.

I think the largest difference is that my distance downline cannot just 'drive over' and sit right next to me for stamping like those who live closer.

Isn't everybody's downline pretty much spread all over now? Thanks to the internet, though, not only is it possible to have a downline (or upline) somewhere else, but it's possible to keep in touch too. I only have a tiny group, and only one lives in town and I actually "see" her. But our upline runs a fb group for all her downlines, and I keep in touch with my little group by email and phone.
