I get mine from www.hmstamps.com . Dick has all of the catalogs on his site, you have to browse through each catalog for what you want. His prices and shipping are great. He also recently announced that he will be able to get any retired PB stamp, just without the colored decal on the block. Not affiliated, just a happy customer.

Another vote for Isabelle!! If the stamp you're looking for is not on her website, she will order it for you. She's super nice and incredibly easy to work with. I've been ordering from her for MANY years and have always had wonderful service and as Monica stated, she only charges actual shipping! I'm not affiliated with her company, just an extremely HAPPY customer!

hands down - Dick at HMStamps. he's WONDERFUL to work with, works from his home, carries lots of stock, and has a great sense of humor. he has great discounted prices and charges LOW shipping.

I have had great service from HM Stamps and The Stampbuzz. Both were wonderful to deal with. And Dick from HM Stamps does have a wicked sense of humor. Another option is also Addictedtorubberstamps.com. They do offer sales from time to time. Personally, I prefer the smaller companies like the two mentioned above but it's good to have options.
