Default What's your best of 2004??

As the year draws to a close, we've been churning out loads of "best of" lists at the local newspaper where I work. This got me thinking about more important stuff - ie, stamping. What are your 'best ofs' for 2004? Here are mine - not necessarily new stuff, just things that I've enjoyed this year.

Favourite accessory: Snaps
Favourite theme: Wild animals
Favourite style: Retro
Favourite technique: Spinner cards
Favourite scrapbooking idea: 6x6 albums
Favourite new SU stamp set: Paris in the Spring... oh, or Simply Circles... or... no, better stop.
Best stamping discovery: SCS!
Worst stamping discovery: SCS... because I never get anything done any more.

Now, what are yours? Feel free to make up your own categories!

Default My best of 2004

Wow, what a fun topic. Hmm, let me think:
Fav accessory:eyelets.
Fav style: sorry, still cute, can't quite get past that.
Fav scrapbooking: love the 6 x 6, now I'm not so afraid to scrapbook.
Fav new SU set: Bundle Up - love, love, love it! Before Bundle Up, well I can't remember anything although I'm sure there were tons I loved.
Best discovery: Definitely SCS
Worst discovery: Realizing I do work full time and cannot devote enough time to SCS and/or my stamping!!
Best new accessory from the Winter Mini: the wheel guide - it really works well and is great for making borders with perfect corners!
I'd best stop now as I AM at work and if I don't get off SCS now, I never will - LOL!

Favourite scrapbooking idea: 6x6 - love the small size
Favourite new SU stamp set: In Full Bloom (have it) and It's Snow Time (thank god my wonderful upline has it available for borrowing!)
Best stamping discovery: SCS!
Worst stamping discovery: SCS... it may ended getting me fired for spending too much time on the Net!

Wow! Great topic!

So much happened for me in 2004 in the area of stamping. I became a demo this year and got totally back into stamping (I had a little lull!).

Favourite accessory: eyelets
Favourite style: collage, I guess
Favourite latest purchase: Canvas Background
Favourite technique: Pearl Ex and Acetate; faux linen
Favourite scrapbooking idea: any!
Favourite new SU stamp set: In Full Bloom and soooo many others
Best stamping discovery: SCS! OHHHHH YEAH!!!!
Worst stamping discovery: That my old stamp room just didn't work anymore! New one does, though! LOL!

Can't wait to see everyone else's favs!

Well, why don't you make up a name for it? And then you can claim it as your own!

Favourite theme(s): retro, vintage
Favourite style: simple-ish
Favourite technique: watercolor w/ aquapainter, using white scrapbooking paint to age a card

Default What's your best of 2004?

That's a good one.....the best of 2004 what a dilemma.
Stamps....just about any and all
Accessories.....all, they're so much fun to play with
Theme....just depends on my mood, but I love snowmen in the winter
Technique...anything old and new it all comes around again and again
Style....I really like quick ideas, but will do more detailed when I'm mad at my kids.
Favorite Find....of this year and every year is Stampin' Up! and stamps.
