I love colour, so I have all the SU colours dating back to 2006 along with their ink pads and re-inkers, however I have slowed down since retiring and now I check to see if I have a similar colour before I buy the new in-colours, each colour has it's own A4 draw which works well because I store all the scraps of each colour in the respective draw, I do treble up the retired in-colours just because of storage space.
1. I'm another organization freak, my craft room floor is currently a mess. I'm finally getting the rest of my stamps unmounted. I refuse to put them away until they're all unmounted and I can get them in the "perfect" categories (until I decide on new categories). I reorganize my stamp books way too often!!! Strangely enough, organizing is a very soothing activity to me and I love categories!!
1a. As an organization freak, I'm always on the lookout for the perfect organization containers, baskets and bins are my weakness which leads me to...
2. Bargains, Hi, my name is Carla and I'm a thrift store junkie!!!!!!!! I've found such great deals on marvelous stamps and supplies. Tuesday Morning is another weakness.
3. Dies and Embossing folders. I have indexed all of them in Evernote and that is helping keep me in check. At least I don't buy duplicates anymore.
Whew, I feel so much better getting that off my chest. Think I'll go organize my mess ;)
Funny thread....glad to know that I am not alone with my addictions!! lol
I am addicted to Distress inks....all of it, stains, re-inkers...love playing with them just need to buy some more I am missing from my set.
I also have a problem with Christmas stamps. I'll say that's because I try and make a lot of cards for the holidays....
I am horrible w/obsessions & addictions. Anything Christmas, be it paper, stamps, colors, ribbon, etc. I just spent a horrible amount out of the SU supplemental Christmas catalog. And bright colors?! It's like I'm drawn to them and they say, "Buy me!" Like the bright pink, purple and teal colors at Christmas?? Oh my. And I love to organize as well.
My latest addition is coloring. I must be going through a second or third childhood! I'm coloring everything these days, stamp images, backgrounds, coloring books, envelopes, I just love doing it!
My coloring tools keep multiplying; colored pencils, watercolor pencils, watercolors, markers, brush markers, fine line markers, and I have to keep buying things to put them in. I divide them, put them in catagories, buy more pencil boxes, things with covers, oh gosh, I just can't help myself! ;):p

You can do it!! I finished unmounting 469 SU sets in June. I started in 2011.
Some years were better than others for unmounting. I made a final push for 150 sets from Jan-June. Stick to your process and rejoice when the last stamp is unmounted! Happy Stampin'!
Following a workshop with Kae Pea (Kristen Powers) at The Queen's Ink, I'm making wonky houses or buildings. I cover the blocks with DSP and often gesso lightly to fade them, or they can be painted. You can buy funny shaped doors and windows. The company that makes inchie and twinchie mat-boards makes them for Kae Pea.
Since I only had a few stamps on wood blocks, I'm going to put a wish in ISO in case anyone wants to give a few blocks a good home. I'd pay for shipping (obviously!) and a little more.
I hope I've attached a screenshot from Kae Pea's site!
I would have to say Christmas stamps, dies and embellishments. I love all the new Altenew and Penny Black stamp/die sets.But....always organizing and purging and still have lots of materials for mixed media...paints, stencils, gesso, pastes. That has been my passion of late.
I keep organizing to add new products and how I am going to use them. I use most of it. Have to curb purchasing now until Spring!! Sure, Ha/Ha.

For the past year my obsession is dies...dies...and more dies. The latest are the Tim Holtz dwellings. I bought 2 but of course that just led to having them all and that led to needing stepping stones, bricks, lighting and of course I needed paper because I didn't have wood, brick embossed, or the right glitter paper for snow, etc. I've read blogs, my Pinterest page is filling up with ideas that I don't seem to follow, and I've been getting multiple Mr. Brown visits. I think I'm out of control because I've made several houses and am in the process of making kits for my stamping buddies. My trash is full of "condemned" houses, I have bits of houses everywhere, and several finished ones sitting around and I'm leaving a trail of paper bits all over the house.
I'm not very good yet but I'm learning and I have to say I've having more fun with paper crafting than I've had in awhile so I'll keep this obsession for now. :p

Are you kidding? Not very good yet? Zowie, these are awesome!
Your houses look amazingstamphappy. I am not going to look at those dies, I am not going to look at those dies, I am not going to look at those dies..... oooo, just think of the gorgeous Christmas houses I could make......:p
1. Paper flowers. I can never have enough, but I use them like crazy!.
2. Stencils. Love stencils.
3. Stamps. Especially by Purple Onion, Penny Black, Whimsy Stamps, Stampin' Bella, Stampendous, Unity, Tim Holtz or Lili of the Valley.
4. Metal embellishments.
5. Chipboard embellishments. Especially by Blue Fern Studio, Creative Embellishments, or Dusty Attic.
6. Mixed media supplies. Embossing powders, texture paste, spray mists, microbeads, glitter, and gesso.
7. Dies. Especially stitched dies.

Holy Moly! I would say you were more than good at it! these are fabulous!
Since money is tight my obsessions are limited lol. But I always feel the strong desire to get whatever Graphic 45 puts out. Mostly their 8x8 paper pads and open stock of some of the 12x12 sheets. The issue with collecting is that I have ideas and want to use the paper, but a little voice in my head says "but then it will be gone" =P I mostly use their paper for my mixed media canvases, and sometimes cards.
I am addicted to organizing - there, I've said it! I go through phases as far as which actual supplies I might "binge" on, but I'm CONSTANTLY tweaking how everything is stored/organized! I really, truly do need an intervention...
I tweak my spaces constantly also! I am always in search of just the right configuration so I can see what I have, and then use it!
When I am done crafting or sewing for the day I MUST put everything (EVERYTHING) back in it's place, wipe up the table, quickly reorganize my supplies and....even do a quick vacuum of the floor. You will never find a sparkle of loose glitter or a stray thread when I call it quits for the day.
Everything has to be clean and organized when I come back to my project the next day.
As far as addictions.... I'm a gadget junkie. Sewing and crafting gadgets are my weakness. Needless to say I have many gadgets that I hardly ever use, but I won't get rid of them. And I'm always on the look out for more.
Still haven't gotten a MISTI yet, but it's only a matter of time.....

It's my latest addiction (although don't tell the hundreds of SU! stamp sets in drawers and boxes waiting for more love). I should be on my 4th box of tape, but refuse to buy one and admit that I need it. Each box holds about 90 tapes. It's just like fabric and Designer Series Papers - there's so much pretty stuff out there! But one thing I like about washi over DSP or fabric is that you can use it and use it and use it and still have lots on the roll!
So yes, I probably have 350 or 400 rolls. I DO share with my friends and we have a blast designing more cards! That's what it's all about, no?
I right there with you! I luv Youtube tutorials and Pinterest for project ideas. After I finish holiday cards, I'm going to start my next exciting project mixed media motivational journal, plus make a few pieces of jewelry, work on mixed media canvass, ATCS, art cards, and... my project list is never ending, lol...
No one thing, but if I get something, I must have every color or every whatever it is I am getting. It won't do to have just a few of anything---must have them all.

Research indicates it's resistent to a cure, but the people who have it tend to be quite happy. They enjoy visiting with others to discuss set completion and other related matters, which is sometimes referred to as enabling.
