Default What stamp set should I use to stamp my bathroom???

I've wanted to stamp my bathroom since I moved in to my house a year and a half ago, but I just can't seem to decide on a set to use. I'd like to use colors that match my plaid shower curtain & towels, which would be Ballet Blue, Sage Shadow, and Barely Banana. Any suggestions of what I should use? I don't want anything too formal. Thanks for your advice.

What fun! I vote for "Seeds of Kindness"! It's the dandilion set, and there's a picture of it used in a bathroom in last year's SU catty. I love the set, and the sample is really pretty. Check it out!

I've been dying to stamp the Bold Butterflies in my bathroom since I saw the picture in the catalog - that's why I bought the set!! It could be cute if you stamp only a few at the tops of the walls, flying up towards the corners? I have also used toile blossoms on the wall in the bedroom of my last home, was very cool. Versatile, too. Looks really pretty in green colors.

I'd like to be helpful and tell you NOT to use Vegetable Garden. I hope that narrows it down for you

I think the other ladies who posted have some great ideas. Have fun! Please post pics of your results!

I did my bathroom just like the catalog using Bol Butterflies. I even took the catlog to the paint store and had them color match the wall color. There is a picture in my gallery. It's not a great picture but you can get the general idea of it. I love it, I am always happy to go and do the laundry in there now.

I got Bold Butterflies to do in my downstairs bathroom. I started my upstairs in the retired Old Glory, and will finish that after the baby comes, I was going to do my boys bathroom in the retired Leap Frogs, but now I'm debating, a friend bought stuff for our bathroom, now I have to see if we have a set that'll match that.

How about the Daisy set, one of my daycare moms borrowed my set and did her bathroom in it and it was real pretty! Another idea is the Pines set another demo friend did hers in this and it looks neat.

good luck in whatever you decide.

I say seed of kindness would work really good with the colors you plan to use!

I've seen others use Roses in Winter for a "sophisticated" look. I think your choice really depends on the mood you'd like to create.

Happy stamping!

I agree that it depends on what kind of "mood" you want in there. I really like stipple shells, and ferns (but that set's retired)

Toile Blossoms would be very pretty. I haven't done it yet but plan to use it with craft ink on fabric and then frame those to make a grouping of three "pictures" to place over my bed. Now if I can just find the time to do it!

I love Toile Blossoms though - subtle but very pretty!

Good luck in whatever you choose!

For a little bit frilly, I'd go with Roses In Winter, Watercolor Garden II, DD Daisy. For a more whimsical look, I'd go with Bloomin' Wonderful, Seeds of Kindness, Fresh Flowers, or Bold Butterflies.

Okay, I'm leaning towards Bold Butterfly or Seeds of Kindness. I don't want this too girly, so I think I'll stay away from flowers. We just had our tub & tile refinished (yea! no more ugly pink tile, now it looks like new white tile), so I can't really have white walls because they wouldn't be as white as the tile, so I'll be painting the bathroom either a very light sage green or light blue. Does anyone have pics they want to share?

If you have other suggestions I'd still love to hear them.
