I also use SU stamps...either the handstamped by...my name. They also have made by stamps on their supply list for their demonstrators to order for incentive stamps. There are some really cute and nice designs in that set.
I had seen a stamp a couple of years ago in a magazine that had a little trash can that read, "do not even think of throwing this card away!" it was really cute. I have tried to find this stamp and have not been successful. If anyone knows where I can purchase this stamp, please let me know.
Thanks,
I always sign the back...I draw a vertical line abt 1 1/2"; at the top...use the line to form a "D", use the middle of the line for a "K" and finally the bottom of the the line to form a "R", then I add the date! I guess I was luck to have initials with a straight line to begin printing the letter :0)
Several years ago my son and his wife ordered a personalized embossing stamp from Staples with my name. So I emboss the lower back of my cards. If I want, I could stamp something above my name. I am not a distributor nor sell my cards so I haven't needed contact info.
I stamp every card with a watermark stamp on the back. I usually use black or Adirondack's Espresso ink and then I initial and date under the watermark.
MFP has a Speedy the Cat watermark stamp on every set. I stamp that one, especially the "holiday" ones with the watermark stamp that comes in the set. There is a Santa hat on Speedy the Cat in some of the Christmas sets, Hearts around him in the Valentines Set, and there are MANY more coming! heeheehee
I hand write my name at the bottom with the year. I always do: . Shannon 2011 . and the dots are centered in my name. I have hand stamped stamps and never seem to use them.
I wish I had a stamp, but I write this on the bottom of every card: "made for you with love by merry" in all lower-case letters. Then I have a very retro stamp of a woman opening a piece of mail and I stamp that in the corner, over the sentence, with the year under it.
I wish I could find a company that would make a stamp of exactly that sentence, without their own words.
I have ordered several stamps from a seller on Ebay called loongchai74, and been very hapy with them and I think he can print almost anything. You might want to check out his designs. I have
"Made with Love by Grandma" and "Made especially for You by Millie" They are relatively inexpensive and you can order mounted or unmounted.

I made circle stickers with a pretty flower and my information on my PC. I used my 1inch circle punch and cut them out and have then in a small baggie ready for use.

Mee too... That's the name of the seller I have used. Just contact him and he can probably do it.
Reading through this thread has put a stick of dynamite exactly where it belonged quite some time ago! ;-D I, also, have a number of "Handstamped by . . .", "Handmade by . . .", & etc. stamps to use on every single thing I make. I, also, agree that anything I go to the effort to make deserves to have itself identified as something special & beyond the ordinary!! Putting my name on an item whether a card I give away or cookies I've made & donated for a Bake Sale always display my "Handmade by Susan" with the year underneath with coordinated colored pen.
A while back I decided I really needed a stamp that would say "Designed & Created for You with Love by Susan". I want a Butterfly displaid on it, too. (Ooooh how I love my butterflies!!! ) I'm always designing my own cards & they aren't always stamped. Sometimes they're just 'assembled' with/from some beautiful components I have. I don't sell them, so from my point of view any card I make is created as an act of love.
However, the only place I knew to get custom stamps was Expressionary. Just as someone mentioned earlier they are very expensive even with a "coupon" provided by them. Thanks to many of you all here for providing me & others with viable options. You all are a great bunch of people interacting together on this site!!! Paper Artists are the Best!!!! Thanks many times over for the (financial) help you all provided a fixed-income-Senior Granny. Butterfly Kisses, Susan, 2011
Many yrs ago a friend had a custom stamp that was made from her signature. She's now passed but I sure wish I knew where she had it made and I wish I had her stamp...I miss her so!

I have a couple of different "handmade for you" by stamps with my name. AND I also put a bible verse on the back. It's my way of sharing Jesus with others and you never know if you've planted a seed...

I mentioned this in an earlier post, but my friend had a "Hand Stamped by (and then my signature)" made for me at the printing company her parents owned. Unfortunately, it was an acrylic stamp and I've had it remade twice now as I use it on all my cards. That way I can use whatever ink matches the card and it all looks the same. For a date I use a band stamp (like libraries used to use) so the whole shebang can be in the same matching ink. Most any print shop could do this, I would think. I just took in a sample, told them what size I wanted and they made it up. (My friend originally used what I had done on the back of one of the cards I sent her using a store bought stamp and my hand-written signature.) I'm still looking for one I can have made with my signature made of vulcanized rubber as the acrylic just doesn't last. So far everyplace I've found doesn't use your actual signature. Am I wrong?
I bought a personalized "Handmade By" stamp from Expressionary when they were offering a discount code PLUS FREE Shipping. They had a ton of designs to choose from. I paid $30 when it was probably a $50-$60 purchase. It's more then paid for itself, I just love it so much.
I stamp mine on the back of every card I make, and it stamps out nice. I was told that it had enough ink for over 5,000 impressions.
I have the stamp from Artful Legacy that says "Handstamped because I can't draw" but usually I punch a shape from some coordinating designer paper and glue it on the back with my initials and the year.
Not sure if this helps or not, but I just ordered a stamp from Scrapping Great Deals (in Canada) made by "The Stamp Barn" and it says "I made this myself . . . you better not throw it out!!!" There isn't a garbage can image - it's just text but cute. Website is Scrappin Great Deals

Thanks,
I'm usually in a hurry once I'm finished my card so I stamped a picture of a small chickadee, scanned it and then created a page of labels with this image and 'made by Charlene' on it. That way I always made sure I just stick the label on the back. I print them on clear so it's very subtle but legible on the back. I also did this with a "handstamped by" stamp and added my name in text. This has worked GREAT for me! You could use any image you wanted and make whatever size label you want (you would have to purchase a pkg of labels though)
i'm with the pinter brigade. It takes a while to get it positioned right foe various sizes but are now all saved into my computer along with greetings for the fronts.
Ebay has LOTS of handmade by... unmounted stamps pretty cheap... I have some that I use .. I dont pay for the personalized cuz I figure I can write my name myself or use my initials.. but that is just my 2cents ~lol
Here is a photo showing an example of what I do on the back of my cards. I use my Cameo and software to design and cut a label saying that "Designed and created just for you by" and then I always sign my first name and place the year underneath by signature!
