I am a Stamping Bella addict because my favorite thing is coloring with pencils! I am on the DT, so you may think I'm biased...but unmounted rubber is where it's at for me these days.
My favorites are
Whipper Snapper
Penny black
Flourishes
House Mouse/ Happy Hoppers

I will have to say Stampin up. I so love the catalog, need to get the current one.
I have bought a few from the local stamp store. But have no clue who makes them. I buy so few from there to because of cost, and I like they way SU comes in sets. Havent really looked into other companies. but maybe I should.

Because I love to colour it has to be Stamping Bella (and not because I'm on the dt this addiction has been since the very first bella was in the stores) MFT especially those PI girls
oh, i'm gonna sound partial but I love the stamping bella stamps because it seems that there is a little bit of 'me' in each one of them! if it ain't stamping bella, i gotta say Mo would be my next go to gal. Again, because they tell a story and I'm all about a stamp that has a personal connection to me! do you get the sense that it is all about 'me'? LOL!
I'm not a rubber purist. I will happily play with digis too and high quality clear photo-polymer stamps. Mo Manning is a big favourite digi-wise (and rubber-wise from Stamping Bella LOL).
Location: in a parallel universe, where i get to stamp all day!

What a great question...
For me....
SU - almost all the way - that's why I became an SU demo :-)
However, I do occasionally buy others and they are:
Papetrey has some great sentiment stamps - which I own
Flourishes - love some of their realistic designs - just ordered 3 sets
I bought a few Wordsworth stamp sets for their amazing sentiments
I also just bought a couple of Waltzingmouse label stamps
Isn't it great to have such a freedom of choice:-)

I think my favorite is Papertrey, but I've found that my style is a little stale so I'm looking for something fresh. Something cute and fun. I don't know what it's going to be yet.
Ever after this post I've been getting serious about placing an order somewhere for some really "cute" stamps. I finally decided on There She Goes. I got the new back to school, both chemistry sets (I'm a huge nerd) and some greetings that looked really fun. I'm also trying out their card storage box.
I'm super excited! Thanks for the thread, it really got me researching!

In order of obsession (and $$$ spent! ;) )
A Muse
Memory Box
Savvy
Impress
Rubber Soul
Rosie's Roadshow (a new obsession, can see this one moving up quickly!)
and much, much more!
If I had to pick one I'd never be able to answer this question but my top three are Stamping Bella, MFT, PTI. That said there are a ton of other companies I love, these are the ones who get most of my crafting dollars.
You guys have me curious about some of the companies I haven't ordered from, Ippity, I just came across so I'll have to try them out and Gina K. Love her blog but I've never ordered from her, def going to try a set or two now.
There are so many great companies out there and it seems like I'm often finding a new company to love. The majority of my stamps are from Papertrey Ink, Stampavie, and Lili of the Valley. I love the classic look from PTI and the cutesy style that I can color from Stampavie and Lili of the Valley.
