Default Viking - processing fee???

Did any of you pay a 'processing fee' when ordering more than $25 from Viking and getting free shipping?

Thanks!

Yes, but it was not much!
Under $3.00, if I remember correctly!

Yeah, there was a note somewhere on the page that they charged it. Not much as I recall.

I guess, I figure it as "cheap shipping"!! This past order was a real bonus for me, they made a mistake and also included TWO CASES of Bic Wite-Outs!! I called them and asked them if I should send them back, and they said no as it wouldnt be worth it for them, so just to keep them!! WOW COOL!! This month, I had enough in two orders to get the free phone and the free TV...kinda fun to get something for free!!

cool... they haven't messed up on any of my orders :( I usually place an order a month lately with them, last time it was for mini legals to stamp up for Christmas. I noticed the RSVP pens if you put in ALN prefix in they come to I think it was 36 cents each. Might have to think about a 2nd order this month for pens, envelopes and scratch pads ;)

The processing fee is always $1.48, she said it's what they charge to guarantee their product for a year. If you have ANY trouble, if anything doesn't work, you call their 800 number, tell them the situation, they replace it just like you normally receive it - next day. I guess it's actually insurance, but they don't call it that!
