Default Vellum colored with marker

I hope someone can help me. I heat embossed a flower stamp om vellum card stock, cut it out with the matching framelit, then I colored it on the back side with a SU marker. Now I can not find anything that will adhere to the colored vellum in order to attach it to a card front. Has any one else experienced this problem? I do not want to heat set the ink because I think it would mess with the embossing powder already omit. Thanks.

Have you actually tried the adhesive that is meant for vellum? Tombow makes one.

Question Two ideas and a question:

Would a 2-way glue pen work if you applied glue around the edges? I'm hoping someone else knows if the 2-way glue works on vellum.

Another thought: if you have a good amount of ink in the center of the flower, you can put the tape or dot adhesive there.

Thank you everyone for your help. I do not have any of the vellum tape with me now. After the ink dried for a few hours I found that glue dot would hold. Also did a pop up dot and it worked also. I guess if I make any more I will have to allow time for the ink to dry. It is a pretty technique.

A Xyron machine will work. For smaller vellum items I use the small "X" machine sticker maker a lot.

I have to admit that I bought my Xyron 510 for this purpose. I use my Xyron a lot, especially when I am making several cards with several layers. HTH! :-) LM
