Default Valentine Coupon Template to Share?

I'm going to use my perforator blade to make tear out coupon books for my kids for Valentine's. I'm interested in a printable - fill-in-coupon if anyone has one to share. Also, I would love to hear what coupons you give your kids...I have 4, 3-11 yrs., only one boy.

Default valentine coupons

Here's several different ones I've found useful for kids:

Your welcome! I'm glad you were able to use them.

I do lots of activities with kids (church, scouts, school) so "Kid Stuff" is my largest favorites folder. If you need any kid-related stuff just call.

Happy stamping!
