I placed a large order this past Friday at 3:45pm and by 5:15pm that same day I received an email saying that my order had been shipped!!! Looks like UPS will be visiting me Monday

Is this the great service we can come to expect now that SU! has moved to its new facility?
Wow. I wish my order would arrive that fast! LOL! I put my order in on Monday of last week and it shipped on Wednesday. I won't get it until this Wednesday, though. It won't come until 5:30 or so that afternoon, either!!! Ugh. I hate the waiting .... I made a $350 order on stuff just for me!!!! It is mostly gadget stuff like the heat gun and stamp-a-ma-jig.... stuff I just haven't gotten yet.
I know you are thrilled to be getting your so quick! Have a great time with it!!

I placed 2 orders LAST Friday and will not get it until Tuesday. I keep hearing about the super shipping, but mine will have taken 12 days by the time it gets here. Hmmmmm.......
I am in Ga and it takes so long for stuff to get here anyways.... I placed my order on the 31st to take advanyage of that free shipping.... and it shipped on the 4th..... and I won't get it until the 12th. I wish GA was closer to Utah.........I was spoiled by fast delivery time the first two years I was a demo in Southern California. I would get orders in two days. Oh well..... it's cheaper to live here in GA.... so I guess I will stop complaining!!
Hey, Shell, we are in the same boat. My order was placed on Sunday, received on Monday and shipped on Wednesday. I have a large order. It has always taken 5-6 days to get here from there. When I was in Reno, it would arrive in 3 days.
Oh well, waiting makes my heart grow fonder. LOL
I think they are doing well if they are meeting prior delivery dates. Don't you? Hasn't it always taken a while to get to the East coast?
A lady I work with sells SU and I placed an order with her. She placed the order last Friday and that afternoon she also got an email that it had already been shipped. I am soooooooooooo excited, because Monday or Tuesday I will have some new stuff to play with.

Yeah, it always takes 7 full days to get it here once it has shipped. I hate it, but, at least, SU is back on a better schedule and gets the orders out faster.
I can't wait for my heart to grow fond of my stuff ... in person!! LOL!!
I am glad things are back to a fairly predictable schedule.
I'm no where close to Utah, but mine shipped. You may want to check on that order placed on the 3rd. I put mine in late on the 3rd, but it shipped on the 5th.

I placed a rather large hostess order on December 21st and have only received half of it!!! My customers are getting so impatient right now!!! They just shipped the other half on Friday :? Kinda of irritating for all of us.
I am goong to be callign SU at 9:01 am tomorrow to find out if they have processed my starting demo kit order and paperwork, so that I can find out when I might be receiving my kit.
SO nice that your is on the way already.

Cna you imagine how this thread looks to those of us on Guam or overseas military bases? Not to start a flame or anything, but you are all quite lucky with your 7-10 day wait for orders. Please don't whine. My customers have not gotten the sell-a-bration mini yet and neither have I!
do some orders process quicker if everything ordered is 'in stock' maybe the speed depends on if anything is on backorder - or do they break up shipment if that is the case?

Wow. Wish we had that kind of service up to Canada. Mine stuck in Customs since Friday. I ordered on Dec. 30/04.
Rita ~ mine always seem to get sent to Fredricton, NB where "this special live entry requires clearance" ~ then it goes back to Utah, then to Washington to clear customs.
And my shipments NEVER take less than 3 full weeks........sometimes 4.
(I should have 2 packages this week......all backorders!)

my sister placed an order for me through my best friend/demo on december 16th. the package was supposedly delivered, but we never got it. there were 2 boxes in the order (one was grid paper that my demo had ordered for herself). that one showed up, but not my stuff! i am, however, very impressed with su. my demo called them and told them what was going on. they're resending my order - no questions asked! i think today is when my goodies will finally get here. i can't wait!!
