I haven't used the Touch Five markers, but I do know they are Chinese knock-offs of the Shinhan Touch Twin brand made in Korea.
In general, alcohol markers work the same, but the low priced ones are very likely less pigmented than an artist grade marker like a Copic or Shinhan Touch.
That said... my first set of alcohol markers was an inexpensive Japanese brand (Neopiko) I bought on closeout (so inexpensive that sometimes the felt covers of the nibs would fall off while I was coloring)... but using those gave me good practice in learning how to combine and blend colors, so that when I was able to purchase a better brand I had the skills I needed to use them.
As far as set/size... usually with coloring mediums the recommendation is to get the largest set you can afford. The Landscape set looks like it has a good variety of lights and darks and nice floral colors.
