Was poking around on the SU website and came across these..I've have never noticed these before..it says you get $20.00 worth of items for $5.00....then they also have $10 bags where you get $40 worth of product and one that is $15.00 where you get $60.00 in products...
Was wondering if anyone has ever gotten these...?
What kinds of items did you get...?

There was an update on the demo website on Friday:-)
Here's what the SU website says about the contents:
"Each bag will contain a variety of discontinued products that could include a combination of any of the following: ribbons, Accents & Elements, chipboard, Designer Series Papers, and Simply Sent kit components. Grab bags will not contain stamp sets or tools."
I got a couple of $15 ones and cant wait for them to arrive - I just couldnt resist - I love surprises and bargains so I'll let you know what I get
oh my gosh! your owl card on the real branch is just precious. may i steal your idea? i think my dad would love to get a card like that. he found a baby owl one time (when we lived in the country) and he brought it to show me and my four sisters and of course we just aaahhhed and cooed. it was so darling. we worried about it for weeks because he took it back where he found it and we prayed that it would find its mommy, lol.
i have some grab bags coming also, we'll have to compare notes. i am excited too, but i'm scared because i don't want a bunch of cards and envelopes and ink spots from the simply kits. i have my fingers crossed that i will get brads, chipboard and bling. we'll seeeeee............

They are the little kits that SU sells that have like a couple of stamps, a few note cards and envies and usually a ribbon or some little embellishments to make it easy to create cards.

oh, and rub-ons! please don't send me any rub-ons. why would i even buy a grab bag, what was i thinking? i'm so picky. now i'm all obsessed that i will get a bag of stuff i don't even need/want/like. lol
maybe we can have a giant swap and trade with each other if we get stuff we don't like. that would be fun.

I did order a $10.00 grab bag. No, I don't want rub-ons either but I think there will be at least a good variety of things I'll use. I think this is a fun idea!

Looks like the grab bags contain components of retired Simply Sent kits. So they are basically card kits. Great if you like cut and scored ready to make projects for a greatly reduced price. But those who were expecting full rolls of ribbon, packages of DSP and/or containers of embellishments might be disappointed.

Oh me too! LOL I'm a bit risk averse and for that reason I would not order a grab bag. I like to know what I'm paying for in advance. I get the appeal for others' who do enjoy surprises. I hope you're all happy with them.

I don't read into the description as Simply Sent kits only....maybe I'm wrong! But $40.00 or more for $10.00, what the heck. It will be just be fun to see what I get and no regrets because I can blow $10.00 so easy on nothing and this will a least be something!

Now I'm REALLY excited! I would be very very happy with that assortment. I think all of the cards you got are worth $15.00 all by themselves. So everything else is just icing on the cake.
What do you think?

Yes, I am happy with them. I have the matching stamp sets, so I am going to make up some card sets for gifts this weekend. I can make several cards without cutting paper or thinking up a design. It will be fun!
