Default SU demo response

Am I expecting too much when I email a question about a
Product or technique, and look for an answer. I am talking about demonstrators that I have bought from. I have had no response
With three different demos in the past.

hi. Sorry you aren't getting replies. Most demos I know will reply usually fairly within a day or maybe 2 if they are busy. I look on UTube for techniques or come here to ask. Maybe the ones you've tried to contact are no longer demo's or are just plain busy right now. Where I am it is Graduation weekend so I would not expect a quick reply. you can also try pinterest. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks so much for your quick response. Perhaps I need to be more patient.

Lois,
Customer service should be a priority. It sounds like you need a new demonstrator. Just my two cents. If you have general questions, you can ask them here and have them answered by many expert demos very quickly.;-)

I agree. That is what I did the first two times. When it happened again, I began to wonder if I was expecting too much.

Just now received an email from Mail Delivery Service that they were unable to deliver the email
that I sent several days ago to the third demo that I thought had also ignored me.
Thought I would let you know SU demos aren’t as bad as I made out.

Maybe they just don't know the answers! Not every demo (=sales person) knows a lot of techniques. They may not be artistic or creative. They may not know the product information you need, and may be embarrassed that they don't. BUT they should reply, if you're a customer, and say they got your question and will try to find an answer for you. That's just being professional.

I would say that SCS is Definitely the place to get answers!

Customer service is a priority to most demos. However, we are also people with lives outside of our SU businesses.
My customers know without a doubt that I will get back to them by the end of the (business) day M-F but that evenings and weekends are strictly for my family and if they have a question on either of those days they won't get a reply/returned phone call until Monday.
If a person needs a technique question answered sooner rather than later, YouTube/Pinterest are excellent sources. 😀
