Thinking about this I have to say that I'm done with the Soft Subtles AND the Bold Brights, bleh for both. Since I only use SU cardstock even I'm wondering what I actually use...
I do like Bold Brights- I love tempting turquoise and real red- so that saves the color family for me. I DO NOT like soft subtles! I am really trying to use them more but I feel like everything I make looks really dated and old- I am hoping to rid myself of some of them for Easter cards....
When I first started stampin, I was a Bold Brights girl, not other than Really Red I rarely use BBs. I more into the other 3 color groups now. I have all of the SU colors , but have never used, rarely used or don't like:
Cameo Coral hands down!
Going Gray
Regal Rose
Ruby Red
Really Rust
Orchid Opulence
Cameo Coral for me too. I think it took me about 5 years to use it all up, and that was because I made myself use it, thinking it would grow on me. Never did though.

Do you have any Groovy Guava cardstock or paper? Do a combo of Really Rust, Groovy Guava and Blush Blossom - it's monochromatic (and looks great IMO.) Sample
I too am not much of a BB fan. One color that I have hardly used is the new In Color Pink Pirouette. I guess I'm not much of a pink fan. Although I do love that it is a lot lighter than Pretty In Pink!
I use cameo coral as an accent all the time... I hate glorious green and most of the yellows.... I LOVE Earth Elements and all of IN Colors right now- I don't use pink pirouette too much, but prob will for valentines in the next few weeks...
I'm just now starting to collect SU cardstock. I think I have wished every color (WRAK.) BUT I can tell you what everyone is sending me.
Glorious Green, YOYO Yellow, and Only Orange! LOL
I hardly ever use Garden green and Taken with Teal and not too keen on the bold brights especially Yo Yo Yellow and Green Galore. Just to comment on Cameo Coral - I love, love love it with Ruby Red!!
Okay, I guess I'm weird, because I have used ALMOST all of the colors that everyone hates in cards at one time or another. I usually see a sample and buy the colors used and then make a bunch of cards.
The few colors that I have rarely or never used are:
Blush Blossom
Garden Green
Bravo Burgundy
Pixie Pink ( because I still have Positively Pink)3
Handsome Hunter
I'm not much of a Bold Brights person. I think the colors tend to look too pre-school for my taste...though they DO have their uses, I'm sure!
This is exactly why BB are my favorite. I use them for my to daughters ages 5 and 2 ALL the time. I also love the earth elements. Im not a fan of the SS at all ecept maybe pretty in pink (who can resist pink). And I hate the aweful bravo burgundy. I used to not like elegant eggplant but now that my daughter is a "little cane" there school color is purple. I just like collecting cardstock. LOL!

Lots.
All the bold brights but the odd time I use real red.
Most of the Rich Regals. Those used to be my faves and I overkilled it. So those I rarely reach for anymore.
I am in to earth elements big time. I also like the soft subtles at times.
My fave color family is all the In Colors present and past.
What a fascinating thread! Sure shows how personal taste varies! I have used quite a lot of people's lesser favorites, bravo burgandy and blush blossom. Together they make a pretty elegant card. I also use Glorious Green almost exclusively at Christmas.
What I learned from this thread is that I need a Color Coach to suggest new combinations. I would never have thought of some of the ideas given here, but now I intend to try them.
Isn't SCS wonderful for getting us to branch out?
After reading a couple of pages of what everyone likes and dislikes, I find that I am rather an oddball myself. I love just about all colors. I found when I first got into cardmaking that I just love more colors than ever. I love, love, love the color brown so much more than before I became a crafter. I find it goes with so many colors. And I love bold brights. I love bright, happy colors. It puts me in a good mood. I must say I was never a fan of yellow, but I love that color more too now! I just love the bright pinks and yellows and blues and greens and I have always liked pastels and I just recently bought the EE assorted pack as I like the Pumpkin Pie color and hope to use that with the Tempting Turquoise...And I always try to have Chocolate Chip on hand...I find it goes with everything!
So, if I had to chose a color I don't use I would have to say Blush Blossom. I like the marker to use for skin color, but the paper is too light. Also, I am loving the challenges you are all saying about using colors that you wouldn't normally use. Great idea! I might try it!

I to have problems coming up with something for some of the colors, so I use my color wheel and try to pick one color I don't use much or have a problem coming up with and match it with the opposite color on the wheel or another in the color family. I've managed to come up with some color combinations I really like or at least are willing to try. I guess you would call it going out of your comfort zone I also like to go to the color challenges and see what others have come up with that I hadn't thought of and there is a lot of inspiration in that group.
My least favorite is yo-yo yellow and glorious green and the purples I probably use the least. Some of you dislike brilliant blue but I think its a great blue.
This is so fun to read. I too have problems with the bold brights. But lately have been using alot of the greens in that family. And I have a horrible time with the sage shadow color. I would love to see that color completely retire.

When I started with SU, the starter kit came with basic BB colors; no choice. So I just continued collecting those colors to fill out the family. I love EE colors in my personal life, so I collected that whole family. I use these two families the most and the InColors.Never bought the InColors until last year; now have this year's InColors, too. I have a club for these, which is very popular.
Have all colors in both Classic and Craft spots.
I hardly ever use RR;sometimes SS.
I think I'd better branch out and use colors I normally never use; I'll be surprised how I like different combinations.
yo yo yellow is my least favorite. i have full packs of everything except yo yo yellow. and i bought in pads by color family, and yo yo yellow is still in the shrink wrap since 2004. poor yo yo yellow, maybe ill have to give it some love this summer.
Taken with teal and tempting turquoise are the ones I really don't care for! Also the 'blues' in the Rich Regals seem to never get used. Earth Elements are by far my favorites!
I would have to agree with Yo Yo Yellow and Orchid Opulence. I don't think I have ever used a card with either one of those colors. And I've been stampin for 5+ years.
ALL of my BB packages are nine years old except for Real Red. I've probably bought four or five packages of that, not because I like it, but because I was a demo for seven years, and it's a pretty popular color. Just not a fan of brights!! I LOVE the SS and Chocolate Chip and Always Artichoke.
Going Gray & Basic Gray are the two I haven't used and are still sealed. I break the seal when I need to use the color and almost all of my stamp pads have been opened and used except those two & Handsome Hunter.

How funny to see how we all differ. I am actually not a fan of the bold brights. I force myself to use them and am usually pretty happy with the results, but its definitely a "push myself to think outside of my comfort zone" kind of deal. I like them more with a funky stamp, like some of the American Art stamps. I guess I'll list my least favorites...
Basic Gray...dreary
YoYo Yellow, never used
Only Orange
Green Galore
Ballet Blue...a friend once told me it looked like the color of a Bic pen and its never been the same since.
Last month I moved these colors from my main ink pad storage as they are almost brand new pads. I'd like to get rid of them but I know as soon as I do there will be this great project and I'll need them.
Glorious Green
Gable Green
Close to Cocoa
Really rust
Garden Green
Not Quite Navy
Bordering Blue
Pale Plum
Sage Shadow
Almost Amethyst
