Default SU card stock - bent corners

Quick question, I received an order of SU card stock today, and two of the card stock packages I ordered have bent corners. I would have to cut about 1/4 of an inch of each sheet away which means I wouldn't be able to use half of each sheet as card base. Not sure if I should say anything or just keep it. What would you do?

If you ordered from a demo, contact them. If you ordered from the website, contact SU directly.

I would not keep the paper at a loss. I would want it replaced. Just my thoughts.

In the past I know they have replaced this type of bent corner damage. Their fault for not packing it right.

This happened to me with my last order - 3 packs of CS had bent edges and so did the DSP. I called SU directly and they replaced all of them free of charge and sent them 2 day priority mail so I had them within 48 hours.

They have such great customer service! But I would think it would pay to pkg. properly. I never heard of problems in years gone by but i do now. Not sure what is different.

Last year I received 2 packs of different color CS and the edges were scraped or bent because of their shipping method. I emailed to my Demo and she contacted SU, and they were immediately replaced.
Same thing recently with Simon Says Stamp. They sent a pack of cardstock in a soft cardboard Postal mailer with some other items, and it got bent down the length of the package. I emailed about it and asked if they needed a return or a photo. NO. They sent replacement immediately, in a good cardboard box.

Hi--I've had the same problem in the past. My SU demo replaced the paper on the spot. No questions asked. I had just mentioned it to her and really wasn't expecting anything, just saying I had some corners bent.
