In past yrs, HAVE had a problem w/delivery of my catalogue. Suspect along the way, someone along the mail chain 'borrowed' it, so to speak. Once I informed my demo of the problem, she began mailing it in a plain brown oversized envelope -- I haven't had an issue receiving it since.

Please join the demo side of SCS. You are much more likely to find the info you need there! There was just an update today about the non-pre order demo copies. Check the demo website to see it.
And the ones that get mailed to the customers you can take up with the PO. They way they have to ship the individual post offices decide when to deliver so if they are "busy" they will sit there until your mailman decides to deliver. Bulk mailings are never super reliable in terms of time with the PO since they can hang onto things.
I just got an email from DS to the extent that my catalogue is now mailed & I should have it by June 12/13. They had a problem mailing them which is now corrected I guess. Not good but not much we can do either. I'm in Canada.Hope this helps
My demo hands hers out to club members at her New Catalogue Party" on June 1st. I asked her if she would give them out early as I saw on SCS that some demos gave theirs out to club members before June 1st, but she said "No, I can't do that. It is against the rules." She was shocked when I told her I had seen it in a video. She said that showing the cover was ok, but when I told her I had seen the whole cat. page by page, she was again shocked. She is a very by the book person. She is adorable and I really didn't care if she wouldn't give them out early. Just thought I'd give it a try. Have a happy day. Bobbi
Hi Bobbi, you might want to let your demo know that she is mistaken in thinking that she cannot pass out catalogs until the 1st. If she checks the demo website, she should find the current update from April 25 that says that demonstrators can pass out the catalogs once the demo preorder period begins.
It is photos of catalog items that cannot be posted online until the start of the new catalog. That's actually June 2 this year.

Received mine in the mail a couple weeks ago from my demo. Then made a mad dash trip out of town and didn't bring it along. Tomorrow, I am looking and ordering this week.
I talked to my demo on Friday, and she said that her catalogs never arrived either. She received an email from SU, saying that thousands of catalogs were not delivered and returned to SU. Just a note--she was not sure how many people were affected.
I received my catalogue at the New Catalogue party on Sunday. Boy, what ever happened to the really nice, well drawn, artistic stamps that SU used to sell. Disappointed doesn't quite cover it. I am obligated to spend 15.00 every month or give the money to the demo. I saw 5 things in the catalogue that I might buy, just to cover the monthly amount. I am not at all excited about having these items. I'll probably be giving the money to my demo. What every happened?

I feel really bad those Demo's who didn't get their catalog. I know I wouldn't be happy if I didn't get mine.
I totally understand some demo's didn't want to place an order back in May.
I placed a small order for a Box of catalogs and some ink pads.
Otherwise I might have been like some of the other demo's not having a catalog to look through or pass around.
Still waiting for my SU catalog!
