I googled "Star Wars papercrafts"....this was the only easy thing I found!

There was some other site that had coloring pages although to me they looked too fancy for little 5 year olds.

I tried posting this earlier, but it never made it. Oh, I can't wait until they get the servers switched over and back on track.

Anyways, back to Star Wars. I haven't seen any crafts made for anything SW and I know people have asked in the past. What I have is some really cool 12x12 SW paper and a chipboard pack from Creative Imaginations. You can check out their stie and see if you might be able to find a store near you that carries the items or order from them directly. Even if you don't use the paper for the kids, it will make awesome scrapbook pages.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but we had a Star Wars Lego party for my son's birthday. I made these invitations - took the picture using our own lego.

I also made goody bag toppers using the top note die and these Star Wars Lego printables. I just trimmed them out so there were no words.

Somehow I missed getting pics of the goody bags (gasp!).
HTH!

When my son had his Star Wars party, I googled pumpkin carving designs and hand cut out the image. Of course I picked the hardest one - Darth Vadar but there were certainly easier ones.

My daughter just told me she saw some really cute SW scrap-booking paper at Paper Wishes. Maybe you need to call around to your local party supplies stores and see who might have it.
