When I got home yesterday I found ,on my latest package from Addicted to Rubber Stamps, a handwritten message "Stampers' Anonymous" 1-800-555-1212.... that my hubby had written!
Not too subtle on hint, huh?
Well, we are planning a trip to Hawaii in March 2010, so I guess the stamp purchases really do need to stop, right???
It really is an addiction although not a really bad one....well maybe.....it just seems you need just one more thing, to make your art work shine, lol. I can't find in my mess find a stamp set I just got and I'm looking around thinking 'girl you have just got to stop'

That's comin' up quick! You'll love it! We haven't been back since pre-kids . . . my mother was born on Kauai, and many of her family live there.
Some day, we will go back and I hope my kids might make the trip, too, so they can see where their grandmother grew up.

Live with the stamps you have and go for Hawaiil We went a year ago and it is awesome. Hope you're staying at least two weeks and doing some island hopping. So many great places to see.
I agree... the stamps can be bought in April after you get back.
Depending on which island you visit, I would definitely hit the local scrapbooking and stamping stores. I visit Maui most years and I always visit http://islandpaperie.com/
Have fun!
I'm in the SAME boat...going to Maui in March over Spring break. I asked for A LOT of GC to my various stamp sites...hopefully that will keep me statisfied till after....
Hi!
I've sure been enjoying everyone's responses here. Fun!
FYI--My daughter, who is in the US Navy stationed in Okinawa, had been planning a wedding there next spring. She has since decided that Waikiki Beach is a better location so that family can attend. So, that's what is planned for this spur of the moment trip to Hawaii of 6 days and 5 nights.
So...anybody know of any stamp stores in Honolulu?
Bonnie
I would be doing both..no need to give up one or the other....My hubby travels for work and Maui is one of his possibilities in 2010. We went there in 2007 and it was an absolutly fabulous trip. Good luck and Merry Christmas ladies.
