Does anyone know if you can use the Stampin Up Bigz Petite Purse Die in the Cuttlebug? I have used other Bigz dies successfully in the Cuttlebug, but this die is much larger. If so, how do you do it? Thanks! Christy
My friend made one of the purses, filled it with candy and gave it to me today It turned out soooo cute. She put the cs on her Scorepal and scored it in a diagonal pattern, then turned it and repeated. It looks like a leather purse!!

I THINK the regular CB plates will work....it's the XL ones you need the longer ones for....but it's been a few years since I used a CB....but I'm 90% sure you will be ok!
Can't wait to get this die either. I did just have a CB....until yesterday. Got a Big Shot and the petal cone die and the designer rosette die. Love them all! Now I can set up my "cutting" table in my craft room. woohoo!
My die is on order. I have both the CB & BS. The die is the same size as the acrylic cutting plates for the BS but the CB plates are shorter by about an inch. Don't know if you can place the CB plate back slightly and still cut the whole purse. Checked the CB plates against these dies: Petal Cone, Blossom Box & Mini-Milk Carton and the actual cut image fits within the surface size of the CB plate. I have only cut these dies on my BS.
Also, I think the CB sandwich would be: B plate, die, c/s or dsp, B plate. Don't know if the creases will show since I would use a crease pad with my BS.
Still waiting on some back order items from my Sale-a-bration order but saw a sneak peek on a demo's site of this die. Informed my demo that soon as customers could order, I would so on Apr 2, she had my request. Impatiently waiting-they look sooo cute.
